It was great ! I had ordered on the app and pulled into line at the drive through… They walked up with my order right where I took the photo . Food was amazing as always. I went this time to get my free cookie from birthday rewards 🎂 this was my first visit to the new Hamburg location but I will definitely be back there often

We never had a bad experience with all three Wny locations. From the counter sales people or the drive thru. The fried chicken sandwiches and waffle Fry's are delish. We also have had the Mac and cheese from time to time . The cheese is nice and creamy. Highly recommend for a fast food meal.

I am not a fil-a- finatic. I do enjoy a good chicken sandwich from a fast food service restaurant. Today's visit was just perfect. Hot food served with a smile. The food was served as we sat down .

The food itself was delicious (for a fast food restaurant) and the people who checked on us were polite and helpful.

Had breakfast today, biscuit chicken sandwich, very tasty chicken and biscuit didn’t fall apart. The peppermint shake very good. We had a grill chicken with egg white on English muffin. This was very good. What is very nice is the people. Having a friendly person talk with me and take my order. If the other large corporations would take this seriously there business would improve. A smile and true friendly person is who I want to deal with.

Food is always good. Service was a bit slow. Was in a Thruway travel plaza, so the atmosphere wasn't the greatest. You would think they would have a larger staff during a lunch rush.

As always chick fil a provides the best food anyone could ask for from fast food. If only the political beliefs of the corporation were as good as the food I would eat there all the time instead of only when work was buying.

The manager stopped by our table to check on our meal and I was impressed because I have never seen a manager do that within a fast food restaurant setting. Thank you for a great experience.

The staff here are so kind and accommodating! When there was a hiccup with my online order that I came in to pick up today (not their fault to begin with) that caused a bit of a wait on a very busy day during the holidays, multiple team members made time to check in with me and made sure that I received my order as quickly as possible as soon as they became aware of the issue.

I always use the drive- through for my chicken sandwich with honey-mustard sauce which is always great, no problem. Some days it looks like a long line for the drive- through but it moves quickly.

Staff was wonderful, they were very pleasant and thouough with placing my order. Server up very quickly too seeing I had made modifications.

Great place great food best service ..only forgot one size frys ! But my hubby and I shared !

I was so embarrassed to ask them to fix my salad with no bacon but the young lady there remade the salad which was very kind as it was for my mother who doesn’t eat pork FIVE STARS

Great service. We loved the extra touches of the disposable eating mat on the high chair for our baby. I loved the extra diapers in the women's restroom! It would be even better if they were in the men's room too as my husband often changes our baby's diaper: )

I think some of these reviews are incredibly ridiculous. This is a brand new establishment with brand new employees. They had to close immediately after opening due to the snow storm. There are going to be mistakes, long waits, etc. They are still trying to find their groove. If it’s still like this in 6 months, by all means, leave a bad review. I’ve never been to a fast food establishment that doesn’t Jack up every order. I’ve been to this specific restaurant several times, while there were waits and frustrations, it’s completely understandable right now. I wish some of y’all understood how detrimental bad reviews are to a business that someone has taken the leap to open, especially when they aren’t even 30 days old. Thank you for bringing a chick fil a to the south towns, we’re often forgotten for exciting businesses. I wish y’all nothing but the best in your days to come. Thank you for continuing to try.
