Be prepared to wait. Since this is 1 of 2 places around the area it is always busy. Starbucks is opening another location with a drive thru in the next plaza across the street.

Excellent service and perfect drinks every time! Whoever the new crew is, they’re doing fantastic! Shout out to Will (I think was his name) for pronouncing my name perfectly! I’ve never had someone say it perfect on the first try!

We don't have one near us so we enjoy when we go to the Buffalo area. Always a pleasant e percent experience no matter what location.

the staff here really goes above and beyond. my coffee is always perfect too! when i accidentally ordered the wrong drink they replaced it for me no problem. it gets really busy but i always just order ahead and the mobile order station has an attendant now so you can be sure no one else touched your drink.

Starbucks employees are always very friendly at this location! Today I got a salted caramel mocha and it was very tasty!. Had to wait a bit for the drink but they're a great location so there were lots of other people waiting ahead of me for their drink too. 😁

I like this location because regardless of how busy it may get, the staff is fast, friendly, and so far has NEVER made me a beverage I've requested that I didn't like. The price is what keeps me from being a 100% daily regular (as I suspect is the case for many people), but when I'm in the mood for a cup of jet fuel and can afford it, this is my go-to Starbucks store.

This is my go to coffee place. Beverages and staff are great. The only problem is the customers that come in here are the worst people on earth.

I watched one woman open the door and hit an elderly couple.

I've watched people pull in take two parking spots just to order a muffin, no drinks. Who in their right mind goes to Starbucks to order a muffin? You are doing it wrong!

I've seen people argue over the color of their beverages saying it's too dark. "It taste fine but the color is off" and they want a new one.

The staff here does such an amazing job dealing with some of the rudest people on earth.

This store has very friendly workers. Every time that I have gone, they have gone above and beyond to make my order correct. At times, there have been issues with mobile ordering, but that has been more on the company than them. Even so, they have worked to make these issues right.

Great location, not only for quality, but it sits at a perfect corner for tired shoppers who need a boost. The atmosphere here is cheerful, even at a time of year that many people are ironically not. The staff here are highly efficient and professional. A recent visit here reminded me why this is the best Starbucks in the Buffalo area. The number of offerings is huge, but I have not yet experienced a bad coffee product from Starbucks.

Friendly, quick and clean!

I always love Starbucks, the workers always have positive attitudes and the environment is a cool place to hang out and meet new people.

I want to give a HUGE shoutout to the employees at the McKinley Starbucks! I brought my son and his friends in on a Friday night for a treat and the customer service was impeccable. Then, in between grabbing straws and sorting out cake pops, I left my wallet behind. I didn’t realize until Saturday morning and called the store in a panic. Thankfully, it was there and all my cash and credit cards were intact. I am truly thankful for the honesty and integrity of the staff.

You pay the price to get a quality product. Buristas are always happy to add more sweet cream to my usual staple and know me by name. They complete a beautiful craft despite being cramped up in that tiny space behind the counter! You can tell each employee in general enjoys their job.

The manager is great! One of the more consistent Starbucks I goto when not in northtowns.

The service was slow and they forgot to make one of out drinks. It looked like they were short handed. On the bright side our coffee was awesome.
