Dunn Tire

On a cold and busy day, I was faced with the unexpected challenge of low tire pressure. I was so relieved to find Dunn Tire, as my new car needed nitrogen instead of regular air. Josh, the tire technician, was a lifesaver. He not only filled my tires but also took the time to explain why nitrogen is used and all the benefits it provides over regular air. His friendliness, speed, and expertise made my visit a breeze. Dunn Tire's service exceeded my expectations, and I'll definitely be back for future needs. Josh and the team deserve all the praise for their outstanding service.

I have used them for 45 years. The first time I went they did a simple fix on my car for nothing when another place wanted to charge me alot of money. That kind of service has continued, believe it or not! I get my tires here and changed 2x/year (winter tires on separate rims) and an oil change and sometimes brakes and an annual inspection. They never push unnecessary extras (well, one guy did about 5 years ago, but he didn’t last). They go the extra mile and have always been able to accommodate an emergency appointment. I’m an older female so I am thankful to have a place I trust and who treat me respectfully.

We blew a flat on our way north and Dunn Tire had our size tire in stock and switched out the tire in under an hour. So grateful to have hit their business and get on our way.

Clean, efficient and thorough. I was in and out the facility in less than a hour for what I had done to my car. They could have just sold me a new tire at an inflated price, but they chose to check my existing tire; were able to fix it and saved me the price of a new one. I’d recommend them to all my friends and family.

Was my first time taking my car in for an alignment was very happy with their customer service and honesty…right after checkin they made sure I was not just sitting and waiting longer was told they were in the middle of changing their main air compressor and it could take a bit longer and the work was done in a timely manner and was on my way out…hope to do business with them in the future also thank you

I needed an oil change and my tires rotated (free) since I bought them there. They suggested a new battery for my 6 yr old car which I knew was getting bad. I had everything done while I waited. They did everything quickly and at a reasonable price. I would definitely go back.

Dunn Tire, 4097 McKinley Pkwy, is our favorite place to get friendly service, quality information & a reasonable price. They always let us know if there will be a delay so that we can work around it; ask if we want something done if they notice something that will cause a problem sooner or later and have no reluctance to show you what they're talking about if you would rather have a visual instead of a verbal.
Top marks to these folks, something rarer & rarer nowadays.

I have been to Dunty many times for my other two cars. I have always been treated courteously informatively and generally the price is fair. I was taking care of by Shelby and Tony and these two men made my visit a good one By keeping me informed what was happening with my car, and when it would be serviced, and what would the update and prices would be. Generally speaking, it was a very very good visit.

I purchased tires and also had a NYS inspection. The service rep reviewed various tire options and allowed me to make an informed decision. He was very helpful and not at a pushy. The service was then done perfectly and in a timely manner. A very nice experience all around .

Online system didn’t confirm appointment, but salesman able to get me in on very busy day. Also able to price match tires I had selected online, but not available in store. Great service!

Was very pleased that they schedule appointments for inspections as opposed to first come, first served. The staff was very friendly and courteous. They had my vehicle completed within a very reasonable amount of time. Staff was very knowledgeable and thorough explaining their findings. I have visited them a couple of times now and will return the next time we need service.

Fast, friendly and quality service. Not many 3rd party tire shops can service Teslas but they did a great job.

I bought a jeep and went to order new tires for it. Dunn did a full, fantastic, no charge review and spotted several problems that were dangerous. I am returning the jeep, thank you, thank you, thank you Dunn Tire!

There was a miscommunication with my appointment but they were so accommodating and were able to get me in anyway AND gave me a lovely discount for the confusion. Could not recommend them enough :)

Being a woman , I am critical of my car service shops ~ because some places take advantage of gender ~ not Dunn Tire ! Total Pleasure doing business with them.
