The Kennedy Apartments

My boyfriend and I have been a resident of The Kennedy Apartments since July 2022. We have really enjoyed our experience living here as we get a beautiful view of the park outside and plenty of space in our one bedroom/one bathroom apartment. I decided that I wanted to move due to the amount of rent I was paying (over $1,700 per month). Jonathan in the leasing office made the process very easy for me. I'm happy to say we will still be able to live here, but in another unit. We might not have a view of the park anymore, but I would be saving about $300 in rent! I am very happy that my concerns were heard by Jonathan and he made time to work with my needs. That is why we didn't want to leave this complex!

I am living at The Kennedy for the second time because it was so good I had to come back! Jonathan went above and beyond to get me back into our home as smoothly and quickly as possible. Coincidentally I'm living in the same exact unit as before. The amenities are great and living next to the park is amazing. I'm happy to be back ☺

Recently leased an apartment with Jonathan and I’m so excited to move into this property. Jonathan was very knowledgeable and gave us a thorough walk through of the property sharing with us all the great amenities this place has to offer. He offered several options within our budget and made sure we were fully aware of our choices prior to making a decision. I appreciate the attention to details and the full transparency. I had a family member who worked in property management along with me to help make a decision and she said it was one of the easiest leasing experiences she’s witnessed.

Jonathan is amazing! He really goes above and beyond for new and existing residents. I needed a fresh start for me and my kiddos, and he made it happen! We love our new home, the maintenance and the cleanliness of the complex is top tier. I highly recommend the Kennedy’s and requesting Jonathan to assist anyone interested in moving here 😊

I have lived here for over a year and still love this apartment complex. Jonathan has been amazing at answering any questions I may have and is quick to respond. He is amazing at his job and gets to know the residents. He will always greet you with a smile. Make sure to ask for him for all your apartment needs!

Des & Jonathan are fabulous to work with and the property amenities (pool, gym & park) are wonderful perks. The units are beautiful and the maintenance team is professional. Local eateries are within walking distance and the park is very safe. Wonderful living experience for my family.

Jonathan was very helpful, patient, kind, and had the best energy while showing me around. He answered all my question without any issue, was very prepared, and I could very much tell he loved his job! It was very nice meeting with him. Definitely recommend anyone to meet with him!

I currently live here and it really is the best apartments I’ve lived in. The grounds are well kept and anytime something is breaks or needs to be cleaned maintenance is on top of it. Jonathan at the front is so cool, helpful and friendly! Oh and the pool is always well kept and they make sure every balcony is well kept, the pool is clean and the lobby is clean.

He made the touring experience very enjoyable and upon the next steps of the application process or any feedback that was needed he is very quick to follow up. Super easy to talk to with any questions, very informative, best experience in my apartment searching because of him!
