Pugh & Roach was a tremendous help dealing with very complex real property litigation that was ultimately resolved in our favor. Very, very responsive and easy to reach, and also kept us up to date on all filings from, and communication with, the numerous other parties involved. Very down to earth and honest with clients, and they went to court informed, prepared, and ready to advocate at each and every hearing (and there were many). They always kept their cool, even when I felt like I couldn’t, and were always professional. Highly recommend.

Mr. Pugh was very helpful advising me about a precarious issue. He took a lot of time in our initial consultation and gave me much to consider. Even though I ultimately decided not to retain his services due to the distances involved, I felt that he was very honest and forthcoming. What you are getting here are professionals, who will take your case seriously. There are also two lawyers collaborating on each case, which was appealing to me. I had a troublesome tenant, who was causing me a lot of stress. A favorable solution would require some thoughtful legal work, and they put a lot of effort into a solution. We went to court very well equipped and were successful. Had we not been, I knew everything feasible had been done. A team that are enthusiastic, and interested in what they are doing. Billing was also detailed and well itemized.
