Came in today for help with my billing and device return issues. Manager Samantha was a great help solved all my issues. Will definitely come back again. Do recommend this location!!

Great customer service Edwin was polite and knowledgeable while helping me through the process of getting a new iPhone. He even helped me setup my Apple Watch to the new phone.

This is an excellent store. I went in looking for a specific case, which they didn’t have. Gino still chatted me up, talking about T-mobile and CEO John Legere. He would excuse himself to wait on other customers, then came back to finish our chat. He is a great salesman, smart and articulate. He should be doing corporate sales, or in a big store in Miami.

I received excellent customer service from the assistant manager Karla. I highly recommend.

Jeremy and Edwin are awesome! They made trading in a phone and buying a new one a breeze, especially when I was waiting for everything to switch over from old phone to new. Jeremy answered all of my questions and explained everything throughout the entire process. Thanks again for the help!

Very pleasurable experience. Just converted 3 lines from AT&T. Came in on Sunday & there was no wait. Natalie was wonderful to work with & patiently answered all my questions. She was still taking care of me by porting my numbers late into the evening after I had left the store. Thank you so much for everything NataIie!!! This is a terrific new store. Basically a zero wait time and fantastic quality service, Natalie even figured out to save me money on my plan that I didn't know was possible. T-Mobile you're very lucky to have her!

I went over to this t-mobile store and I'm glad I did! Brianna as well as Natalie were super helpful left with my phone back up and running and in a short amount of time. I would suggest this t-mobile to anyone.5 stars!

Brianna is awesome. I came in because my phone cracked and I needed a new one, I was set on the j7prime which was $225, but Bro actually showed me all my options and I actually ended up getting a cheaper phone! But the quality was just as good. She got me what I needed and saved me money. Super quick service too. Ask for Bri!

Best Tmobile location in royal palm! I came in the other day with my family and upgraded 2 phones. The process was smooth and the rep that was helping us was very knowledgeable on their products and pricing. Highly recommend this store to anyone that lives in the area.

This is the best Tmobile store in the tri-county area. This is the only place I can get service. The staff here is amazing, patient, and always find a way to help. They are very friendly and informative. Maria is my go to girl. She is so sweet and we have built quite the repor with her. If we need anything we know we can always go to her.

Julio and Jeisy were absolutely amazing! They truly went above and beyond for me and that speaks volumes. Having had a few different phone carriers In my life, never have I had a team that I felt truly cared about the customer and their experience. Huge thank you to the manager Julio for hooking me up with the Sync Up Drive, now I can have hotspot in my vehicle , roadside assistance and any maintenance that is needed on my car the sync up drive will notify me! Will definitely be recommending my family and friends to the Royal Palm Store!
