Great service. Postal clerks know how to use a SCAN form, which makes dropping off business shipments a breeze. We are in a Port Orchard ZIP, equidistant to there and Wauna and choose to use Wauna because of how friendly and competent the mail clerks are.

The last several years of service from the Wauna Post Office has been OUTSTANDING. This has been the best service I have experienced since living all over Gig Harbor for forty years. Thank you.

The Wauna Post Office is always helpful and friendly. I love that they are open until 5pm.

I have been using the Wauna Post Office since they were located on the Purdy Spit. It is small and the customer lines are rarely more than a couple of individuals. The people working here have always provided me the best advice when I send international packages and they always have a great attitude. Thank you.

I'd give 5 stars if the big fat lady with a grumpy face was not working there. Otherwise i love it.

The people who work here take the time to help you and are patient and polite. They are also friendly. It’s always a pleasant experience talking with them.

I live in Gig Harbor, but always go to this post office because it is usually less crowded and the staff is always so patient and helpful!

This post office is small usually not too crowded and good customer service.

MOST staff are friendly, genuine and helpful. The gentleman who supervises this post office, however, is quite rude unprofessional & condescending. Seems to dislike his fellow workers and customers alike. Why is he even employed here?

This post office has huge potential if they had employees that liked their jobs and listened to their customers. Just spent an hour on the phone trying to track down a package. Called the post office first thing this morning. Women I spoke to wouldn't let me get a word in to explain what was going on. I had to call fedex, open a trace through fed ex and spend 45 min on the phone with them to find out it HAD been delivered to the post office. I called the post office back and the second lady I spoke with tried to do the same thing to me and push me off the phone saying I needed to call fedex. I had to get rude to get her to listen. This isn't my first problem with them either. Just a few months ago they GAVE my package to another customer who took it home, opened it and then luckily they returned it the next day. The post office taped my box closed and lied to my face about what had happened saying it had been miss placed in the back. So insulting. I have lived in small towns and used small town post offices my entire adult life but this one takes the cake for the rudest and most incompetent.

They never are of any help, they never know how to find your item they just blame it on another company. Then tell me why its 6 pm and my mail has still not been delivered, the mail lady was on time everyday around 2, then they switched the drivers and now i have no idea when to expect it, nothing like walking in the rain in the dark to go get the mail. So disappointed in this post office, they really need to get it together.

Clerk was dishonest about shipping cost compared to Priority. She was very fast to ship my mail priority instead of giving me a choice on what I would like to do for best results for delivery. I could have saved at least $7.00 on my shipping cost. Shows this specific individual does not look at what’s the best for customers, but rather that of themselves. Unprofessional. Dishonesty is a certain future of failure.

We consistently have issues. I always get mail that’s not mine and has someone else address on it. Obviously not mine or my address. Happens once a week at the least. Then every time we order a package that gets USPS ... somehow we never get it & it says delivered! Then begins the issue of dealing with the company we bought stuff from and their tracking shows delivered. Is frustrating and when I go in to talk to them about, they’re rude about my personal stuff not being delivered to me. If you can get a post office closer to your work & away from Wauna. I recommend it. I’ve never had so many issues with a post office until this one.

Terrible service. The package to my daughter never made it to her despite the correct address on it. The gift certificates for her kids were stolen out of the package. The package was supposed to have been returned to me - sender - per tracking info. Package never made it to me. I finally went to my local post office in Temecula.(way after Christmas) It was found in the ‘dead’ file. No address, no name, nothing on the box they put MY box in. My box had been opened, stuff stolen out of it, and then they blamed it on me that I had an insufficient address on it. I showed the local supervisor here in Murrieta the address, just to prove that the correct address was on my package. When I talked to Chris, the supervisor at Wauna, he hung up on me. His Customer service is terrible. I did everything right, and I had to track my own package down. It took me until today, March 1, 2021, to get my money back (not for the stolen gift cards though), only because Gwen at the Wauna office was kind enough to give me the correct information. Chris’s attitude towards me was rude and unacceptable. He should be written up for treating a customer - who did everything right - in such a derogatory way. Shame on him. Fire him!
My entire deal was handled poorly, and... somewhere in there is a thief!! And nobody wants to take responsibility. Disgusting!
