Yummy Num Nums

As their name says.
YUMMY NUM NUM!
First time here and most definitely will not be the last. Stopped in for a earlyish dinner after hiking.
Since it was our first time eating here we ordered chicken Pad Thai, Sesame Orange Chicken and Carne Asada Fries for the 3 of us to share.
We also got Thai Tea(with coconut milk)and Huckleberry Lemonade.
The service was great and they are super friendly.
The food was so good, with nice portions and outstanding flavor.
The Thai tea is some of the best in this area, and the Lemonade hit the spot with just enough tart and Huckleberry.

Had the Gouda burger with fries and the Spicy Pad Thai. Both were super good! Spicy is pretty spicy though, might get medium next time. Big Portion! Call ahead!

Not your typical food truck. Great menu!! Burgers, Pad Thai, fries is to die for. This could be not only the best food truck in the Valley but very close to the best I've had. From New York, Michigan to here.

If I could give them a 100 star review I would!!! This is the best place I’ve eaten in a very long time. Their gluten free options are amazing (everything on their menu is available in a gluten free option ) and so very yummy. I have reactions to overly processed food and I often feel bloated and kinda off after eating out. I had ZERO of this with my meal from Yummy Num Nums. I ordered the fish and chips (with the gluten free option) the fries were so good, very fresh tasting and not at all greasy. I can’t even describe how amazing the fish was. I hummed a happy yummy tune the whole time I was eating it. I also ate way more than I usually do because it was so good.
Unfortunately I’m just visiting the area, but I will be back. This food is definitely worth driving for!!!!

Oh my gosh. I never remember to take photos of the incredible to-go dishes from yummy numnum because we always dive right in! But these steak nacho fries were too beautiful!

The owners are absolutely the sweetest people, so far dragonflies and sesame orange chicken are my absolute favorite.

Love these guys so much! Finally took a picture before grubbin out. Their food is always top notch. Their dragon fries, dragon fry burger, sticky fries, curry and phad Thai are our go-tos. Don't pass this place up if you're ever in Shady Cove!

Excellent smash burgers. The maple bacon burger was delicious. I'll be back for more!

Just had the gourmet burger. I've ever had the best burger. The Hickory burger is excellent. It was absolutely the biggest burger I've ever had I. Would highly recommend you try the hickory burger.
How the orange chicken also excellent. Their food is just excellent.

Everything is always great and always tasty. Fresh made and organic choices make it a must stop at if you’re in Shady Cove. Love the Curry Num Num, all of their fry combinations are yummy.

The burgers are the bomb!! They source quality ingredients, making all the difference between meh and OMG! Bonus for locally sourced. I don’t usually eat fries but have made the exception here. I’ve been with others that tried the Thai food and loved it as well. This is my favorite place to eat in Shady Cove.

By far the BEST burgers we have every eaten. The menu is gluten free which is a huge bonus for us. From the first bite we couldn't stop eating. So so good and fresh! Very friendly staff.

While visiting the Rogue Valley I was fortunate to find a lovely room at The Maple Leaf Motel and having Danielle and The Master Chef parked in their portable 5 star restaurant on wheels was a perk that made a good time into a great time. They choose excellent, locally sourced ingredients and produce meals patrons literally drive 10's of miles to procure some of the best of foodstuffs available in the Valley. Their generous portions along with the quality make this the stop a must before you head out to the wild wilderness where you can't get french fries.

This food truck puts out big flavor! They are the best place to get food in Shady Cove. Our food is always hot and tastes so fresh. Their customer service is amazing and I’m greeted with a smile every time I go there. Yummy Num Nums is one of the best little gems we have in our small town.

Amazing! Nothing is bad on their menu so far. I was really missing the selection of food from Salem, but this place really delivers. Their pad thai is perfect and they know how to make real spice (rare in all of southern oregon). They have fantastic breakfast burritos, curry, and burgers. I was worried it might be overly Americanized and only be good at burgers, but it's not - everything is perfect! I love that you can find all these different foods in one spot and they're all excellent! ❤ We will definitely be regulars here
