This is a edit review. It's been 1 yr since I needed parts for my car for a difficult repair. The first thing I have to admit is I know nothing about repairing a car. I pay people to do that. I'm the person who goes to an auto parts store like Napa and I look like a Mime trying to describe a part that I need. And if you are in the store and im.making sounds like I'm choking I'm ok.im trying to imitate a sound coming from my engine. So don't call 911 just yet. I don't know if other part stores will order in parts for a repair and not ask for any money down. If I needed the parts they will be here and if not they would send them back. Very convenient and saved me from spending hundrweeeds of dollars on parts I didn't know if I needed them. Next day from Portland w parts was the best I could ask for. The staff answers the phone quick and are ready to help find something or if you are ready to check out. I appreciate a chain like Napa being in our small town. If you need anything for your car go there first why waste time and money going somewhere else.
