I called and spoke to their support who is very helpful in providing me information and different pitching machine options. placing order through their only system was easy and I got my order earlier than they expected lead time they discussed. Will recommend this store to my friends!

Fantastic company to deal with, Courteous and knowledgeable!

Ordered a $7,000 hitting turtle from them in the winter. We received the first shipment and it only included the frame, but was supposed to come with everything. Once we got all the remaining parts, we did not have good weather for a few weeks so we waited to set it up. When we started setting it up, we noticed we did not have all the parts, hardware and brackets as well as missing the net. Reached out to the company and were told that since it had been 30 days since ordering we had to reorder and pay for the items. They blamed us for losing the parts even though we never opened the boxes or unwrapped any of the frame until we went to set-up. Worst experience I have ever had with a baseball distribution company. Do not order anything through this company. You would think spending over $7,000 they would be sure to leave their customers happy, but now want to have us spend another $1,000 plus on the parts we never received.

I placed an order on July 19 and did not receive my machine until Sept 1 after receiving two emails stating my machine was delivered when it had not yet been delivered. After numerous calls to the company, the delivery FINALLY arrived. I was told I would receive a call prior to delivery on day of delivery and no call came. However, the machine was left in the middle of my driveway by the road where I could not pull into my drive nor was I able to move the machine as it was delivered on a pallette. Upon calling the company, I was informed this was "unfortunate but it was free shipping" and I would have to pay a fee to have it delivered to a specific location. No one called and there was nothing stating that their free shipping meant it would be dumped at the street!! VERY ANGRY when I paid thousands to this company!!!

I placed an order for a batting cage. Said it was in-stock on the website. I called 2 weeks later to find out the cage was now on backorder. I call again 1 week later and learn my order was voided because the cage was unavailable from the manufacturer. I never got an update from ABS. Now I've wasted 3 weeks. I will never consider this company again.

As other people have stated, this is a horrible company. They state a pitching machine is in stock and it is NOT. I have been waiting over 2 weeks and no updates or communication. DO NOT BUY A PITCHING MACHINE FROM THIS COMPANY!! At best they are unprofessional and incompetent.

Horrible! I can’t give zero stars, but would if I could. No order updates. No replies to emails. No replies to voice messages. No call-backs. Complete scumbags! Spent over $500 and received NOTHING! Complaints filed via BBB. Dispute opened through PayPal. Filing with Attorney General. They’ve messed with the wrong person. I will not stop.

I placed an or on 10/6/20 and the order is still in unfulfilled status. I've call several times and it goes straight to voicemail. I called a left a message and no one has called back. Their website is not the best considering sometimes the landing page lets you log into your account and other times it doesn't even display the login page. And companies wonder why Amazon is the giant they are.
