Lil' Ray's Restaurant

We went to Lil' Ray's Restaurant and the food was good! The service was a little slow, but the food made it worth it. Would recommend the shrimp tacos, seafood gumbo, and crabby jack poboy.

We ate here based on a friend recommendation. We were not disappointed. We will definitely be back. I had the fried shrimp po'boy. My dad has a bowl of gumbo and the grilled shrimp tacos, my broth had the seafood platter and a bowl of gumbo. Everything was excellent

There are not enough words to say how absolutely AMAZING this food is. I had never had gumbo or bread pudding. It was amazing. I had an oyster pot boy. The oysters were gigantic and Soo delicious. When I come in February I am definitely coming back!!!! You have to try the bread pudding.

Really delicious food and very good service. Super reasonable price. My daughter had the royal reds and THEY WERE HUGE.
My wife had the Mahi. I had a cheese burger. All were well prepared.

Stopped in on a Tuesday night and had a wonderful dinner. The staff was so helpful, including giving my hubby instructions on how to eat crawfish. My red fish was seasoned and grilled to perfection. Don't skip the sweet potato fries!

Asked server to put 20 percent tip on bill and bring it to me, was told she couldn't do that. I was a waitress for 15 years and did that when I was asked. I look at what I sign for. Her tip went to 10 percent. Food is outstanding!!!

One of the best restaurants in the area to satisfy your seafood & poboy cravings! Parking can be a little challenging. Lots of indoor seats available. Not too fancy, but they offer yummy food.

One of the best shrimp po boys on the gulf. We come to lil rays every year on our annual long beach trip, and it's a treat every time. Service was very attentive and the sweet tea is the best!

Excellent, friendly service. The Char broiled oysters were some of the best I have ever had. Red fish was excellent

Was passing threw long beach and saw they were still open,but came to find out that they we're in fact closing 😔 With a beautiful smile 😁 and charming offer a cold drink and a bite to eat as it wasn't a problem at all 🙏in no time flat out food came out five star ✨ fresh and almost to pretty to eat 🌹I assure it was beyond my expectations and had to bring a to go box ,🤠but Pam ate her gumbo with a smile to the last drop 💧

This is my 3rd time eating here in the last 3yrs and just to put it bluntly this place is top 3 of all the restaurans I have visited in 52yrs of living !!!

Service was great,grill shrip poboy and shrimp ,corn bisque was very good

Great food. Amazing service. Found this place by chance. Glad that happened. Charbroiled oysters were mouthwatering and the po boy was delicious.

Grouper and crab, Oh yeah. Friendly local atmosphere. I'll be back the next time I'm in town.
