3-21-24 7:15pm. Want to give a big shout out to the girl ALEX working here! She is sooo nice and stayed on top of her job and this is a message for your employer. GIVE THIS GIRL ALEX A RAISE!!!! she was out in the rain handing out food to everyone all by herself and having to deal with rude customers and still keep a very professional attitude the entire time!!! Need more workers like her!!! Again shout out to you ALEX for your amazing job performance!!!!! 😁🙂 will definitely be back to this location to eat!

It's a McDonald's, they're all basically the same. This one gets My order right about 99% of the time, and that's more than I can say about most of them.

Chelsea in the first window was the sweetest thing and took her time. She’s going places!

Especially for a holiday where most people don’t have to work, the customer service at both windows was excellent!🥰 Food was hot and correct. Wish I could do more than just leave them a good review.

I am here 3-4 times a week for chicken nugget happy meals. I have never had a bad experience here. The staff is always so friendly and courteous. I am just really appreciative of them, especially as a family with twins. Thank you guys so much. I know right now it’s almost impossible to start a restaurant properly- I just wanted to let y’all know y’all’s staff is pretty awesome! Thanks guys.

Just went through the drive thru this morning and was impressed by how quickly they got me through I bet I was out in 2 minutes from the time I pulled in the lot to pulling into the highway. Very fast for breakfast. I have experienced long waits other time of the day.

McDonalds with probably the nicest view possible...not sure that changes anything but it helps.

Went through drive thru this morning and the line was long and they were VERY busy. Even though the wait was alittle longer than expected, the staff was very friendly and professional and the sandwich i got looked just like the picture. Seriously. I know that when restaurants are busy, some workers have a tendency to throw food together and send it out. Presentation is important to me, even in fast food so I appreciated my breakfast this morning. Oh, the sandwich and coffee were also both hot and delicious.

I have been a server for about 8 years and I currently work for a company that has started a review contest on Google plus and have recently realized the gratification I get from the positive reviews I received over the last few weeks, so, I have decided to pay it forward!
Last night I visited your hwy 90 long beach location at around 10:55pm. The lady that took my order was nice, but I have to give a major applause for the man working the food window. It was late, and I'm sure he had been there for awhile, but he was the most pleasant person I came across ALL DAY!! He had the best smile and very up beat. He asked how I was doing and told me that they dropped some fries for my order to make sure they were fresh. (Which I usually have to request, but he did it on his own, genuinely concerned about customer satisfaction) then he gave me my order in a very timely manner and asked if I needed any ketchup (which never happens) he then told me "thank you so much come back and see us have a blessed night!"
People like this man make or break businesses and he made this one for me. I was so pleased with him I hope you read this review to him! I was so happy with my experience I came back for coffee this morning (9-1-17) and a young man showed me the same customer service. I am picky about my coffee and he made sure that I was happy before I left the drive through and asked me to try it before I drove away to make sure I was satisfied! What a great team you have! It is a very short amount of time that you spend at the food window but they make the best of it! Let them know they are much appreciated and made my day!!!!! Will be back regularly

I get a large ice tea everyday it alway been 1 dollar it went up by 80 per cent to 1.80 plus tax. I love my tea but that is extreme!
I spend about $25 to $30 for my grand kids Every trip, I'm horrified to know what it will be for 3 kids the next time. I sure hope it PRICES will go down SOON. We go everyday but it will have to soon stop at this rate.

This is damaged from hurricane ZETA. But it was one of the first places that was open to feed the locals, first responders, and workers. This place is fast with service, extremely polite, and one of the best McDonald's around. The sign will be fixed soon I'm sure considering McDonald's doesn't waist time with their flawless services and business plan that trumps all. Thanks McDonald's this place is amazing.

The high traffic shows in long drive-thru lines but they do a pretty good job of getting people in and out efficiently. Food is hot and fresh. Restrooms and dining room are clean and stocked. Staff is friendly, well groomed, and have that McD smile. 5 stars. Note: Although we are in hurricane season once again, the large sign and order board top that blew away in the last hurricane should be replaced sooner than later.

If you're looking for something fast quick and easy this place is the place to go and I love the fact that you can download their app and they have really good deals and the more points you earn you can use those points for a reward meaning you can use them for free food or free drink etc that's what I love about it

Justin was amazing, I have never been treated that well ever. I was having trouble with my app and he solved it unlike the manager last time. I ended up paying for it again last time and never received a refund, but not this time. I have never seen him there before so I imagine he was new, and he solved it faster and actually solved it unlike last time. Food was good and he was very attentive and apologetic always apologising about the terrible service I had received last time.

Ordering on the app is the fastest plus you get points to redeem free food and special deals. The employees are friendly.

I went there yesterday, I got a ten piece chicken nuggets, a medium fry and a large drink. The place was a little dirty but they were very busy, my drink tasted like the machine needed a cleaning but it wasn't too bad. The food was good and filled me up, I will go again

Best frappe in Mobile area, still wish they could do it like the ones in the Biloxi area. SUPER FAST service drive thru can be wrapped around the building and they keep it moving quickly.
