I came to Mohegan looking for a vape stick to help my mom taper off smoking. The salesman was thoughtful and made honest suggestions- leading me away from the pricier items that she would hate and guiding me towards something better. When my (Olympic level stubborn) mother refused to try, I came back and he continued to advise wisely and be so gracious. Thanks you! Will return!!

I love going to this smoke shop but yesterday one of the workers had me messed up tried to accuse me of stealing when I was pointing to some thing always been at the smoke shop never had no problems now all of a sudden it’s a problem this guy always used to sell to me I don’t know what happened yesterday but he need to lose his job

I really wanted to love this place, it’s so much more convenient that the shop I go to now, but they never have what I need. It’s a big bright shop but a very limited selection. I asked if they could order the coils I needed as I would come a couple times a month, I was told no. I was surprised. It’s a common SMOK coil and they would have secured a loyal repeat customer 🤷🏼‍♀ They had almost no selection of coils and seems to only cater to the cartridges. I really wish this store worked out

the second time I buy a vape and it is defective. today I went to them and told them about the problem and no one replaced the product for me. Also, no one in the store told me that I should open it and see if it is normal. this happened not only to me and not for the first time. all other stores that sell these products know that they are can be defective and simply replace. but excluding this store. also, if you come across a white-haired seller, know that she will not inform you that the product must be opened and looked at in the store!!!!!!

Cigars are not properly humidified.
I tried to advise the young man at the counter of possible solutions. He didn’t want to hear it. My advice was not for him but the owner and all he did was ramble on with excuses.
There were also a few cigars where the wrappers were so dry, they were peeling off.
He left them and gave me more excuses.
If you appreciate and respect your cigars like I do, take your business elsewhere.

this place is simply not consistent. ive come here for a specific product multiple times out of convenience, and magically everytime its a different price. I also notice almost each time i come in they have a new 20 year old cashier that clearly has no experience, unless this place just magically jacked its prices by 10 dollars since a few days ago. In my experience there are simply better places for your smoking needs.
