not so good . register lady didnt know what she was talking abt and she totally misunderstood me on what i was saying she constantly wanted me to sign up for a macys store credit i did not want but she did anyways . smh

I purchased an item today for sam day delivery. I received an alert stating the item and delivery was cancelled. I called the number provided to see about getting another item sent (I was hoping it can be shipped the following day or possibly pick it up). The rep stated it was the stored policy to issue a refund that could take up to 10 days. That seems incredibly silly to me, I purchased an item today, the funds left my account today, the item was cancelled today but I have to wait 10 days to get my money back? The customer service line was no help, I was transferred 3 times and spent nearly an hour on the phone. I am extremely disappointed with Macys as a whole. I was given no reason for the cancellation of the product and no have to wait for funds, all i would like is the item. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!
