I'm giving 5 stars because it's not the businesses fault that their newer staff members "hope your milk shake tastes like Sh¡t" because they messed up the order and after waiting on it for 20 minutes, it had to be remade.

I'm in here often, this is a recent issue.

To the (younger) staff, we can hear you (and all the customer slanding) from all the way at the back door...

To These New owners, you might want to secret shop your south Whiteville MCdonalds location, be (reasonably)difficult, see how your staff handles it.
This would be a 1 start review if the previous owners didn't earn/build such a great customer relationship. That being said, if I over hear anymore interactions between the staff and customers like I did today, I'll up date this review to 1/5 stars as it should be.

My daughter and myself went there to eat and everything was great you couldn't ask for better service. I was so happy with our choices. We will be going back. And it the old McDonald's close to gogas.

Went through the drive-thru. Service was quick and very friendly. Order was correct, food was hot and delicious.

Fast food McDonald's beats everyone else hands down, service is good and fast! Keep up the good work every one!!!

Very good McDonald's to eat at I've been going here for years and it's always been very good and friendly place to eat.

I went through the drive-through and placed my order. Once I pulled up to the window to pay, the employee told me that I could possibly save money if I ordered the meal instead. I did and saved money. The customer service here was excellent.

I loved my job until anyway Brittany is a great manager she deserves a bonus

On Thursday 3/3023 I stopped by McDonalds on Maddison St to get breakfast. It was very refreshing to be treated so pleasantly by a young lady rushing to me at the counter to take my order.She smiled the friendliest smile and was so enjoyable to talk to. It was very obvious she was great full to work and enjoyed the job. She promptly brought me my food when ready and said bye. I went out but came back in to get her name. The manager was at the front and when I asked her name she asked if anything was wrong. Absolutely not. I said this new employee impressed me so much and told her all she did.
My apologies if I get her name wrong, it was like Jerica. If I was not semi retired and still hired staff I’d try hard to convince this girl to come work for me. McDonalds’ you have a good employee treat her good. LMH

I love their fudge Sundays!

Their french fries are finally worth eating. I ordered a Big Mac without the center bun so they used a regular bun instead of the one with sesame seeds and it was missing that certain taste that a Big Mac has. Who knew that sesame seeds added to the taste?

Great Store, great people, you can tell this store is much better, Easy in and out , great drive up service, if you have a problem just ask for the management they will be glad to see it is corrected. This store is so easy to get in and out of , they want your business, the food is terrific and the shakes and ice cream are out of this world on a hot summer day, rest rooms cleaned to perfection, so come on in , show them we are glad they are open. And tell management a big thank you .They want hear it

I love this McDonald's, I was there Tuesday January 17th, I ordered a triple burger, when I got my order I was blown away, it was the best burger I have ever had, of all my years of eating take out from any fast food, my burger and fries was dangerously delicious, my burger was hot, and delicious, I had an outta body experience, worse fail me when trying to describe this meal I have never had a hot burger before, yummy yummy yummy..I even called the manager and complimented them, I love over 25 miles away it's worth the drive to have that experience again....keep up the good work McDonald's in whiteville in Powell Blvd.. Fantastic service by smiling faces! Placed an order through the app, got food quickly, and all the food was HOT. Even though we had several things that were made special there was NO ERRORS!!!! Jayden is a hard worker one of the best I've seen at McDonald's in a while he deserves a raise.

It's that time of the year so I had to go back and get my McRibs and it was absolutely fantastic I'm happy with it don't have another reason to go back until next time they come back

I needed hot cup and client needed a cold cup.

Just want to brag on the staff. No matter how busy they are, they always got smiles and are my favorite McDonald's. Periodt.

Great breakfast for 4 with pumpkin coffee before finishing road trip

Did drive through breakfast. The staff was so kind and accommodating. Great service and the coffee was just how we wanted it!!
