I had the most WONDERFUL experience with Cox Warehouse in Whiteville. Dan, the manager, provided above and beyond helpful customer service. It was my first time customizing furniture, and he made it so easy and helped me make the couch of my dreams. Dan was always easy to reach and kept me up to date on the status of my couch the entire time. This warehouse offers so many different styles of furniture and customization options, and you can't beat their price, or FREE DELIVERY. I will buy furniture for the rest of my life from Dan and Cox Warehouse. I can't say enough nice things about the quality of the service I received. And I don't write a lot of reviews!! Don't hesitate to buy from this company, they truly are remarkable.

Stumbled upon this place while driving from myrtle-beach to winston salem in preparation for our move to conway. Huge selection of furniture, including the better popular brands and even custom choices. Not only did we find the couch set we wanted, the price greatly beat the dozen stores we visited prior. The free delivery to Conway assures that this place will forever be our go to place.

Bought a few pieces here over the years. They have a lot to look at and have Been helpful when asked . But I usually prefer to shop with as little help as possible so I can think more clear.
Some of the prices are higher than I want to pay , I am not going to give a bad review because of price , They Can ask what they want , I don’t have to buy. I rate business on service and helpfulness.

Went to see what they had available for queen size beds. Had a good selection for a great price. I even checked out some of their tall dressers.

The availability of choice is wonderful. Tim was a great help. We purchased a queen sleeper sofa, two comfortable Lane chairs with ottomans. Very nice. Worth the trip. And they deliver to Wilmington at no cost and are storing our new furniture until our new floors are finished. Win win situation.

Only thing I can say here is....They have it you just have to go look. Prices are crazy now but we have picked up a couple super deals. They have different price ranges so lookbaround.

My wife and I needed a new living room set. We went in to look. The staff showed us around, encouraging us to sit in every chair and on every couch that may have interested us. The sales person was very knowledgeable about different brands of furniture and their durabilty. We found a nice sofa and love seat, and we picked a great recliner as well. They offered us a great deal on the package... way better than we were expecting. The furniture was delivered to our living room the next day. The guys delivering the furniture were great and actually helped us set it up in the living room the way we wanted it. So far, we are super-pleased with the furniture.

I've returned to this furniture store in Whiteville every time I've needed to purchase items since 2007. I browse the warehouse at my leisure and pick out all that I need. They will often deliver same-day. Very friendly salesperson and receptionist. There's no air conditioning, so go when it's cooler.
