My recent experience at the Whiteville Verizon store was excellent!!! KC was wonderful throughout the ordering process. Victoria was fabulous when I transferred from my old phone to my new one. Overall they were pleasant, knowledgeable, and made my experience as easy as possible.

Whitney helped me today and was fantastic. She quickly determined my i7 was DOA and she swiftly moved me into a i13 mini in short time. Impressive. She was able to get me a huge allowance on my now dead i7 and professionally set up my new i13 even applying the screen protector and new case. Very happy with the experience.
