Tropical Smoothie Cafe

Stopped in for a smoothie yesterday and it was good. Was driving through town the other day with some friends and we stopped in for smoothies. After looking at the menu, and asking some questions, I decided on the açai smoothie. I made sure to add peanut butter and Chia seed to that because I needed a little extra protein and yummy. The staff here was super friendly.
The entire restaurant was very clean or the establishment. I also popped into the restroom which was super clean.

Overall, I think this place is highly underrated. I’ve been coming multiple times and have not had to wait more then a couple seconds to get my order taken and food out within a minute. Excellent service

My experience was great the manager there was really nice i think her name was angie. smoothie was great and food was nice and hot. I got a sunrise and a quesodilla.

I love this store. They care about quality, which is rare with fast food nowadays. I'm always excited to receive my food from them. They may not be the fastest, but they get my order perfect 99% of the time. Thank you Tropical Smoothie Cafe on sage drive!

First time stopping through town and it's a hit. Really great lunch items and combo with a smoothie for a great priced lunch. I can be very particular with my foods and they treated me with respect and understanding. Love this highly recommend for a regular summer eating spot!
They do not double-blend their smoothies though, nice thick smoothie though, and not too many chunks

We've had the scrumptious Island Green smoothie before, but today we decided to try their lunches. The salad and sandwich menu here is extensive and creative. I had the grilled Chicken Caesar salad, made with parmesan crusts instead of croutons, and served with the dressing on the side. My spouse had the smoked cheese sandwich, and reported it very tasty, made with excellent bread. Both meals were well made - the only negative was their hard metal chairs. I plan to use their drive-thru henceforth, and take away the good food to my own comfortable dining room at home!

There was a long line at the drive through so we went inside and discovered only 2 people working. They were exhausted but continued to work very hard to get orders out. The owner/manager aught to tip them big time. I suggest that the owner do some recruiting and take exceptional care of the employees.

Love it! Just wish they would bring back shrimp jalapeño quesadillas.

I can’t remember this gals name but she was blonde and I think a shift lead or something like that. Either way she was super sweet and she made us a really yummy sandwich. She was friendly and made good conversation! This was a little but ago but i totally spaced it and lost the receipt. If I find it or go back I will get the right name!

The customer service at this location was phenomenal. Our order was incorrect, and we were already a few hours away from that location. When I called, I believe I spoke to Katie, who was extremely apologetic and accommodating. She handled the situation well and gave us a refund and coupons. Overall great customer service.

My wife and I love smoothies. And tropical is fairly close to our house. The staff is amazing and friendly. Great food as well as smoothies! I recommend giving these guys a shot you won't be disappointed!

If you want a delicious smoothie at a reasonable price, look no further. There was a long wait even though there were no other customers in the store, but the ladies who were working were extremely friendly, and the bathrooms were clean. What more could you ask for, really?

Delicious smoothies, great vegan sandwiches! The staff was very helpful since we were new to the restaurant, they made recommendations and made us feel very welcome! The vegan Thai "chicken" was so good my husband asked me to write this review and give 5 stars, lol!

I love this place! It became a habit when I lived in Cedar City and it was 100% worth the several mile walk it took to get there. Great smoothies and a great location. Need to stop in at WalMart or any of the other assorted shops? Grab a bite or a smoothie! Seeing a movie and looking for a good activity afterwards? Grab a smoothie and sit in the cute little shop to discuss it. Just want a smoothie? They've got you. The peanut butter cup or pomegranate plunge are my favorites.

Denona was AMAZING! She recommended the Bahama Mama and it was delicious! We had just gotten back from a long hike and all we wanted was smoothie! Such great customer service!! ❤

A bit pricey for what they offer but a majority of their smoothies can be made vegan. Their drive thru is fast and efficient.

Brette, Michelle & Emalee are awesome. Great job making the two Cedar stores so nice.
