I purchased a new Dagger Rewind kayak, paddle and spray skirt from the Warehouse. With the supply chain issues, this was a hard boat to find, so I ordered in December and it came in March. I got great service from Jeryl throughout the process. We’ll worth the drive from Michigan.

Best in the biz, in my humble opinion. A special kind of home-grown touch emanates that stands out above CKS, NOC, ACE, NRS, etc. Jeryl & Bernie and crew have always gone the extra mile, and I can not recommend a single outfitter more. I've been a customer for well over a decade. I've bought every new boat I've paddled there and they are my first choice every time. I don't even live in Ohio either. Rock solid in every regard and a wealth of knowledge and experience willingly and happily shared with all. For real, they are *that* special and *that* good.

I had an idea of the features I wanted and Bernie guided me to just the right kayak for me, and even let me demo it before making the big buy. I met his group, who let me join them for an hour long float down the Mad River with them and by the end of the trip made new friends. This is acommunity experience you won't get in the big chains. We love this place! We have been dealing with them for the last 3 years and they are great and very helpful. We appreciate all they do for us and we have bought 5 kayaks and 3 paddles from them. I emailed a request to see if a boat was in stock. Jeryl immediately responded and after a day of deciding she said she would hold the boat and had already placed my name on it. I drove 3 hours to pick up the boat and couldn't have been happier with the experience. She was very helpful and knowledgeable. I am very glad I chose whitewater warehouse and very thankful for Jeryl's excellent service. Definitely recommend checking them out before you head anywhere else.

Everyone @ Whitewater Warehouse is very friendly and knowledgeable. I really can't say enough about the staff! I bought my current boat from them and a few accessories. They carry the top brands at fair prices. I have no problem making the drive from Columbus to get quality products with top notch customer service.

This is a really nice place to get all your paddling needs. They even rent kayaks and paddle boards so you don't have to worry about the expense of buying. The staff is very friendly and most definitely very helpful. They explain everything you need to know about the gear you are either buying or renting and take the time to make sure you are getting exactly what you want. Would highly recommend this place to start any paddling experience!!!!

This is the store to buy a canoe or kayak (or any water gear). Do not buy from any other store without going here. Owner and other paddlers that frequent this store are crazy knowledgeable and love to help the beginner and advanced boater alike. Bought my first kayak here in 2008 and they've been treating me like family ever since I walked in the door.

Try out a kayak before you buy it! This store is right on the river and they are more than happy to let you try the bought on the Mad river (~1hour paddle time).

Just a week ago I went up to Kayak Dayton from Cincinnati to test out some rigs. Jeryl and Bernie definitely made my first experience on using and buying a kayak quite special. They are the best shop in SW Ohio! I'm taking all my friends here that get interested. In fact just did yesterday, and same deal. Above and beyond what I would think of. They Rock. :) They define what a shop should be!

This place is great! The service was awesome, no pressure on making a sale. And the best prices we found anywhere on a kayak, not to mention the best kayaks we have found anywhere as well. I will definitely be coming back here for my next yak!

By far the best whitewater shop in Ohio. They have great experience with C-1 conversions. They were super helpful with out of town boaters picking up boats purchased online. A great store.

Friendly, knowledgeable, honest, and experienced staff with great selection. They're right on the mad river and also do demos at Eastwood Metro Park (see the events section on their website). I've bought two kayaks there that I still use many times a year almost 10 years later. Thank You Bernie!

Whitewater Warehouse is a great place for all your kayaking needs. It's a family-owned business and they will go far out of their way to help a fellow kayaker. Their business is definitely all about their customers and it shows every time I go into Claire's store.

Have gone to them for advice and gear for years! Great results in my kayaking 😊 visit, listen, ask questions, and learn. I'd like to give 6 stars.
