The store was very nice and clean and organized. The staff was friendly and helpful. I was there a total of 30 min which was fantastic because I had a very busy day. They were upfront and knowledgeable about my exam and treatment plan. I loved their glasses selection, it was very easy to pick a new frame. Glasses came in a lot sooner than expected and the quantity seems pretty good so far. I have already recommended them to my family and they now have a lifetime customer.

Melissa is excellent there ! Always taking her time to help out and very patient . Always have a pleasant experience there ! DR. Kara is excellent t as well !

A beautiful blend of professionalism and warmth. During the comprehensive examination and fitting, I was treated like family. I waited to write this until I had some time to take my glasses for a test ride. Like my experience at the center, it's "all good".

I had an appointment 9/14/2023 with Crown Vision in Ballwin. I went in for an exam and glasses. The doctor was on maturity leave so I had a different doctor. I believe her name was Dr. Yifu? She was sensational. Very thorough. Took the time to explain everything. The support staff was equally impressive. Cecily Cintron and Melissa Stellhorn were very attentive to my needs. 3 months later I'm very pleased with the glasses (the frames for exactly what i wanted) and the service. Would highly recommend Crown Vision in Ballwin.

The staff is super friendly. Each time I entered the store I was greeted with a friendly hello. They made me feel welcomed. They were super helpful giving me their opinions as I tried to pick out new frames. Dr. Hoff is very professional and answered all my questions.

With alot of different eye vision places I have been too, I have to say the associates are very friendly and put their client's first. The one associate really helped me pick out the perfect type of glasses that fit me best and quality wise. When I picked up my glasses she knew me by name and welcomed me.

The staff was very friendly from the moment I walked in the door. Dr. Hoff was great at giving a thorough eye exam and updating my prescription! My contacts were ready for pickup within a week. I feel so much better now ☺

I just want to tell you about the great experience I had last night (in the middle of the first snow/ice of the season).

My OD was Kara Hoff. She did a great job going through my examination and was kind, friendly and thorough. She also suggested and completed additional examination due to a medical condition.

Manager Nick Hafezi was great at explaining insurance vs. ongoing specials. Although not at the same time, I found out we grew up in the same neighborhood!

Finally Sarah... She is a prized associate for your company. She was very nice, knowledgeable and patient. The eyeglass choice process was fun and I appreciated her opinion. She thoroughly explained all the lens choices, benefits and offers. She made the eyeglass and examination fun on an icy snowy night.

Glasses are pretty much the same anywhere. It takes people to represent a company so you have return customers.

Nick, Kara and especially Sarah did just that.

Crown Optical offers a wonderful experience that is quick, painless, and fun. The Ballwin location has great staff. The opticians are very warm and welcoming and the atmosphere is very pleasant. It's always fun to talk and have a good laugh with the opticians while waiting for you appointment to begin. The exam was quick and punctual. The doctor knew what she was doing and was quickly able to check the health of my eyes, check my prescription, and offer advice on what brand of contacts to use. Any questions I had were answered, and I felt very satisfied. All in all I had a great experience and I will continue to return to this location!

I always use this store, but today Amber really took the time to take care of my situation. She was friendly and efficient as she did her job. You should be glad you have her on your staff :)

I've worn glasses all my life, and this recent experience with Crown was the best I've ever had. Very fast and efficient, AMAZING prices, and good selection of frames. Amber was super helpful! Will definitely go back again!

The entire staff is super friendly and helpful. Dr. Rackovan took the time to explain, and go into detail, about any possible concerns she might have come across.

Crown Vision Center provided excellent service when I had my glasses made initially. A year later, when I needed to have them remade due to scratched lenses, they remade them without any hassles. Unfortunantly, there was an issue with the ones that were remade, but the manager at the store took action to send them back to the lab to be redone and has since followed up with the lab to ensure that they get done and back to me as quickly as possible. Crown Vision has given me quality service and they have a quality product. I am much happier with them then I was with my previous eye glasses provider.

The staff is always friendly and helpful. They listen to my concerns and find ways to address them. I feel appreciated as a customer.

I had a great experience at Crown Vision. I will probably be going back for years to come. Everyone was extremely nice and helpful. It was also the quickest experience I've had getting my eyes checked and picking new frames. My new glasses also arrived in only 3 days! I will never be going back to the Walmart vision center.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. They answer all your questions and are knowledgeable about all kinds of eye and lens care. They even will work with you if you want to buy glasses online and need to come in and have them adjusted or fixed.

The staff were all friendly and treated me very well. Dr. Hoff was excellent at explaining the process and treated me with kindness and professionalism. I wouldn’t go anyplace else for my eye care.
