I highly recommend Ballwin Eye Associates! My family has been seeing Dr Lucas for years with wonderful service from Dr Lucas and Dave. They have a good selection of glasses to choose from with great suggestions from Dave on glasses and lens options. We all love our appointments with Dr Lucas on both a professional and personable level.

Dr. Lucas is possibly the most conscientious , genuinely concerned doctor that I have ever had examine my eyes, she takes as long as needed with every patient. Her patient's well being is her primary concern.
The Optical is filled with great, stylish frames so anyone can find something for them. Highly recommended.

Great personalized service.

Took four trips to facility to get glasses.First pair had wrong prescription for left eye. The oculist didn’t even check to see if glasses fit on my nose. Found at home that a L was printed on left lens that took ten minutes to get off. I’ll go to Wal Mart for my next pair.

I love Dr Lucas; she’s kind and supportive, patient and you know your prescription is right. The guy in the eyeglass clinic, on the other hand, is an a**h**e. Hovers, literally a step behind you, gives you bad eyeglass recommendations, and never gives you space to talk to your friend or decide for yourself what choice you want. Totally made me uncomfortable. Apparently Dr. Lucas said this is by design: she pays him to do this as glasses are frequently stolen. I’ll never go back *because* of this guy.

Very unfriendly, very unhelpful when my kid was in pain, which they even acknowledged. would NOT reccomend!! Maybe the doctor is better but we never got that far bc the receptionist sucks
