This is Frank Ryba, Facility Manager at T A C East. East Chicago IN. AAA Valley is Fast, Prompt and Courteous and they don't rack you through the coals on cost. I give them 4 stars.

In 2015 when I walked in it seemed like I walked into someone's family home. Young kids are sleeping on the floor and toys clutter all over the place. I use to come in annually for recertifications and fill of my tanks. But the atmosphere never improved as in this year 2017. The place is a daycare center. Not a professional environment. When I discussed my requirements it was interrupted with the individuals needing to briefly care for the kids and this was every visit. For the high dollar amount they charge for service I decided to travel elsewhere to be the focus as a customer.
