Yoder's Dairy

I moved out here last summer and was excited to taste raw milk for the first time. What a treat! I'm so happy to have found Yoder's Dairy so close to my new home.

We get all our milk here. It is an honor system dairy setup. We also love the cheese curds and heavy cream.

There is a small section of baked goods as well with granola bars, rice krispy treats, sometimes donuts and other baked goods.

Paid my first visit today, to find dozens of gallons of rich creamy raw milk. And wonderfully squeaky (and tasty) cheese curds. Big tip to future customers. Bring plenty of small bills. My purchase of two gallons of milk, 1 1/2 pounds of curds, (and 1 yogurt), I found myself with the problem of making change for a $50. Fortunately a young mother of 3 arrived to make a purchase. Her funds enabled me to make my purchase without having to put back any of my delicious goods. The honor system is fine as long as there are sufficient funds in the can to make proper change.

If you like raw milk and yogurt straight from the farm. Then definitely go here. You go by the honor system. Get what you need, put your cash in the can and you're on your way. But don't be a jerk and take without paying. All you'll end up doing is ruining for everyone else.

If you like raw milk, fresh eggs, homemade yogurt, cheese curds, bakery and canned items, this is the place to go. We live an hour away but it's sure worth the drive.

They have squeaky cheese!! It’s hard to find good, fresh cheese curds but they didn’t disappoint.
