I was able to get beef suet which rendered into the most sublime beef tallow that I have been using to cook over the past year. The steaks and the ground beef are incredible.

Do yourself a favor, and get some D-Bar beef. You won't be sorry.

Not sure who has been leaving reviews of this place. But I’m my point of view all our most must be fake. Bought a quarter cow from a gentleman and he had it processed here. Steaks, what little I got, are tiny and cut much thinner than I specified. Got a ton of ribs and said I wanted no ribs. I specified 1 to 1 1/4 inch thick steaks and if they are 1/4 inch thick I’ll be lucky. I’ve had many deer processed and bought several quarter and half cows in the past and I’ve never had this terrible of an experience. I recommend using another processor I promise I’ll never use this place again.
