Michael demonstrates good communication skills as well as a wealth of knowledge about the repairs needed to be made. He showed up earlier than anticipated, saw the problem, saw that the part that had been mailed out was lost in the mail and was able to make the repair and file a claim for the loss of income for the replacement part he provided. He was fast and efficient and friendly to boot!

Lester did a great; job; He is thorough, courteous and an all around wonderful human being; I highly recommend him without reservation.

Jeb was a great technician and did a fantastic job! It was a big repair on my washing machine with multiple parts required; he worked tirelessly until he had it running like new, explained everything that was done, and even cleaned up the whole workspace !!

The tech that was sent out to look at my fridge completely misdiagnosed the issue and just told me to buy a new fridge. He told me that my fridge was not getting cold because of a broken damper door, which couldn't have been the issue since the fridge has its own evaporator coils and doesn't use a damper door.

Service tech was very rude, arrogant and demeaning. Horrible service. And, my washer is still not working correctly.
