Starbucks

I have been disappointed at way too many starbucks locations. Not just in Delaware but in general. I almost stopped going altogether. My son started going to school right down the road from this one so i stopped in one day. This store instantly became my favorite spot. Management makes a difference. I have learned so much about why my drinks are terrible at other locations. This one, no matter who comes and goes it’s consistent. If something is not right with my order, nobody has a problem fixing it. I notice at so many other starbucks stores the employees seem to have really messed up attitudes when I ask them to remake my order, then it will still be wrong. Mess up my whole day. The management team is doing an excellent job at making sure every aspect of the customer experience is enjoyable. I have been to stores where wait times are long and unexplainable, because they have no orders and no lines. They are just taking their sweet time. This store only has long wait times when they are slammed with orders, and they still handle it all very well. John, Brian and Dj make sure to communicate with us if something is taking a while or if something is out of stock. They also make the best drinks. John is doing amazing and I am glad he is here. The rest of the team is awesome and that is a reflection on how great the management team is. They really listen to their customers. Most of the time I don’t have to say my order, because most of them know it already. They all make my morning better. I am happy I didn’t give up on starbucks.

My latte was ok, a little milky for me. The chocolate croissant was very dry and doesn't seem very fresh. But the staff is great! I am impressed by the dedicated and incredible work of the baristas!!! This was my first time at Starbucks, so thanks for that experience!

Renovated on the inside! Looks great! Clean and modern! The staff seems to have a refresh as well! It was actually a pleasant trip! (8 months ago it definitely wasn’t as pleasant).

The minute I walked into this Starbucks I felt the community! Brains charming demeanor, the warm atmosphere, it was all so great. We even had our sandwiches brought out to us. Keep ik the great work ! The ferbalicious mobile loves you <3

Baristas do an amazing job at this always busy cafe! Love getting coffee here to start my day!

The best Starbucks in Delaware (my opinion)
I have visited almost all the Starbucks outlets around this place and this one serves the best latte and macchiato 😋 The staffs are friendly, the parking lot can accommodate up to 10 cars, it has around 25+ seating and the best part is the restroom is clean 😃 it is easily accessible and quite famous. You can often get many accessories on sale here. Overall it is the best in town, must try if u r a regular starbucks customer, you'll realize the taste they serve. 10/10. I'm a fan of this place. Just writing this review with hot coconutmilk macchiato😜

This is by far my favorite Starbucks! Their drinks are always on point, made perfectly, and consistently. The staff are also very nice and friendly. I hope they are only temporarily closed and not permanently :(

Always a good Starbucks to go to. Very nice staff and they make drinks. Very good with customization requests for drinks and very clean store! LOVE IT

Parking is difficult but coffee is awesome. Ordering ahead is really key here unless you plan to hang out for a bit. My favorite SB location so far.

Love stopping here on my way to work for my Trente green tea lemonade OR my new favorite....iced Peach green tea lemonade 😍😍😍. I also like the Ribbon Crunch frappuccino too.
The staff is friendly.

Everything was great 😁 I am sad because I forgot to scan my rewards card 😏 It was our first time there and we used a gift card and got a little side tracked. I'm hoping there's a way to fix it.

Very nice employees, even the new partner on front register had excellent customer service skills. Although there is definitely a lack of urgency/speed, if you're not in a hurry the quality is worth it! The employees follow Starbucks standards very well and the store seemed very clean.

This location is hands down the best location I’ve ever been too! I tell people it’s much like Cheers, because everyone knows your name whether you’ve been there twice or a hundred times. Everyone working there always has a smile, engages with each customer and makes you feel like family.

They consistently get my order right (something every other branch has struggled with), and they work quickly to get you in and out even during the busiest hours.

Thank you all for being spectacular! I go out of my way just to go to this location and will be sad if the day comes that I don’t work in Delaware.

I value a hard working people and this locations staff on Thanksgiving day, but the 2 guys working have my respect. They were slammed but kept the line moving, even with customer requests coming in while orders were going. You'd expect shifty slow service when its undermanned at a franchise but props for the pair holding it down.

Clean!!!! Following all protocols for CoVid business. I'm from out of town and we needed to stop for a caffeine boost. We sure got one with an accidental 4 pumps of espresso that we took gladly! Staff was kind and respectful. Staff was also helpful with information on their drinks and ensuring there was no dairy in my partner's drink. Wonderful service!

Parking is odd as the building is shared with other businesses. So just be careful pulling into the establishment. Not sure if there was an actual handicap access ramp but the sidewalk was low enough for myself to access with muscular dystrophy.

Fantastic and friendly staff at this location that are engaging and genuine in their interactions with their patrons. The food and drink I ordered came out screaming hot and fresh (much appreciated, thank you team). The establishment is kept clean and it's a very relaxed environment with some comfy leather chairs you can sit in near the windows.

I used online ordering thinking it would be faster since I was running late.
I was going to cancel my order because it isn’t ready, but the barista/manager quickly took care of me and got me to my appointment on time. Excellent customer service.

Great food & service! My fav is the caramel ribbon crunch frap with almond milk 🫶🧋
