I received amazing customer services at this shop. I took my car in after an accident and the assistant manager, Anthony, was very straight forward with me laying out my options. He genuinely wanted to help me and guided me to make a decision that would be beneficial in the long run not just how much he can get out of me. I wasn't having the best day and Anthony was patient and understanding towards me, which was more than I could ask for. He's an amazing consultant but an even better empathetic person.

Where is the welder Angel, I needed some things welded on my car & he is nowhere to be found He has done some amazing work for my vehicle. We even had the same name. LOL!! That guy can really weld and bend metal, I can tell you that. Where did you go, Angel "Beyond Redline Fabrication"!!?? WHERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!! One more thing, I still use the stand you made for me when you first started welding.

Came here for a bubble I found on a tire. Girlfriend had purchased full set of new goodyears 2 years ago. Location was quick and honest about the roadside hazard warranty and gave me credit for the remaining life left! Staff is really friendly and there was little to no wait.

They are under new management which seems to be doing a good job. Keep it up!

Anthony has taken my knowledge to the next level and his customer service makes every penny worth while. He was upfront about what was to be expected and even called me to let me know about other things needed to keep my drive safe. Thank God for the services.

I want to thank my local Pep Boys for working on my Subaru Impreza! Brennan kept me updated on the status of my car and what exactly the car needed. They found a nail in my tire and helped me to find the best options for new ones. The professionalism and excellent customer service was much appreciated and I will be taking my car again for future service requests!

Ruzell is the best! He answered all of my questions and explained mechanical issues to me in a kind manner without being condescending (sometimes an issue when I go into auto shops/ hardware stores as a woman). He was also very communicative - called me during the service with results about an issue I was concerned with to check in to see how I wanted to handle it and whether I wanted to add it to my original service request or wait on it. Much appreciated!! Thanks, man!

I took my car to Pep Boys, Sunnyvale as I got warning that the right rear tire pressure was low. Brennan looked at my car, immediately found a nail. Brennan took care of tire repair and rebalance and called me with in half hour to pick up my car. Everything happened super fast and I can't be more happy! The care, professionalism and the treatment I received is commendable. He deserves a promotion.

Great service! Have done oil changes and tire replacements, both at cheaper prices thanks to their deals. Their tires alignment package is a sweet deal. Local mechanics can be dishonest with their prices varying, sometimes over charging. Pep boys are professionals who charge rightly , without any hidden prices . Happy with every visits.

I have had my various cars serviced with Pepboys for over 13 years now..I like that they are friendly, economical and decent service option outside of dealership which can sometimes be pricey.
Tues/Thursdays are usually lighter days so that is good because the wait times are not too much..
Will go in future too.

Manny, Moe, and Jack got me back on the road on a Sunday. Worked with me. And for me. And we navigated Hertz approvals like champs. Thanks Jason, Rob and Anthony!

My partner and I recently had a tire blow and had to get it replaced as my family was visiting the day after. We were able to get an appointment real quick and the people were courteous and quick. I moved to the bay area from Wisconsin 1 year ago and am glad to have found a place I trust for car repair out here.

Anthony was amazing. I just had to get my inspection done abs he had me in and out in a breeze. Anthony went above and beyond to accommodate my need today. What a great person to come across. anyone who wants excellent service please ask for Anthony! I miss those good old days of good service and you will get that being helped by Anthony.

Just an oil change, but great price and easy to book and completed within an hour of drop off.

My gut was telling me that my car battery needed to be replaced and so I booked an appointment at pep Boys in Sunnyvale. Front desk could be a little more attentive, took him awhile to acknowledge I was there. Dhruth was my mechanic for the day, took about 2 1/2 hours to replace my batteries, oil change and filter change. He did an amazing job and feels like my car is good as new. Would definitely recommend the mechanics here. My only down side is the front desk, if i hadn't asked when my car would be ready after 2 hours I don't think they would if told me.

Pepboys services still a bit pricey. I hope to get more affordable and discounted deals in the future.
