Wonderful staff! Matt was my PT who set up the schedule to get my neck/shoulder pain back on track. I feel like a new person. I highly recommend dry-needling!!! Absolutely got rid of the massive knot in my shoulder. Hailey, Nicole & Summer round up the team & are so warm & friendly. Everyone attentive. So happy I found this place. Grateful to them all.

Everyone I got the chance to work with at Benchmark Physical Therapy was top notch. I was able to work with physical therapists based on my schedule and availability and was able to learn how to apply tools and resources to improve my physical well being and make my life easier and reduce the pain and stress that I was experiencing.

We couldn’t be happier with the care that we received from Benchmark in Pooler. From the moment we wheeled our son into the office to the day he walked out of that building, Dana was awesome.

She is more than just a physical therapist. Her personality, knowledge, and multitasking abilities is truly exceptional. She’s definitely no pushover as she pushed my 17 year old to get his leg back to full strength and function.

We are so grateful for the treatment, care, and compassion. It’s a bittersweet goodbye, but we’ll have to stop by for a visit every now and then.

Lilly is my therapist and she is amazing. Very caring and concerned with getting my pain under control.

I came in with terrible back pain, by doing the exercises recommended at home and coming to therapy for about 2 months my pain is completely gone. The pain I had for 2 years and had tried everything for.
Dana is fantastic! She’s a perfect combination of stern and encouraging. She always impresses me with her knowledge and how she’s able to “dumb” down that knowledge for me.
The entire staff is friendly, welcoming and overall make an experience that otherwise would be dreadful, very pleasant.

I have been to this location for two different occasions. First was to help me with getting my feet working correctly after being in boots and no weight bearing due to having diabetic neuropathy. This last time for rotator cup surgery. Each time the therapist was patient and very knowledgeable. I for one am very thankful for them. I still have work to do but I am on my way to recovery. Thank you Alexis and Dana!

The level of care that is given at Benchmark in Pooler is amazing. From the very first day I felt like part of a family that cares so much about you. Dana Weaver is hands down one of the best PT’s a patient could ask for. I would recommend this facility to anyone one of my friends or family.

I have been going to Benchmark for about 5 weeks for my knee and leg that were on their 5th surgeries each. Michael does a great job of working me hard and teaches me new exercises every time I go to an appointment. Jessica is very friendly at the front desk and Kate has only helped me 1 time but she was quite lovely. I thoroughly enjoy the staff considering having to go for physical therapy!! 😄😄😄😄

I'm 32 and have been going to physical therapy on and off since I was about 20. I have never experienced a kinder staff. Jessica, Michael and Jason are so warm and welcoming. Jason is by far the best Physical Therapist I have ever seen. He genuinely paid attention to all of my concerns. He also took the time to really understand my pain and it's source. I left PT yesterday in (happy) tears because my rib pain had significantly decreased. After YEARS of pain and difficulty breathing, it was such a relief to take a deep breath without pain. Jason is truly a God send. Benchmark is blessed to have him and I hope he continues to be available at the Pooler location.

Hannah Lawson is an amazing physical therapist I love working with this young lady she really knows how to take care of your physical needs she’s very passionate about her work and she’s very passionate about the client again I highly recommend this young lady and benchmark physical therapy!!

This place is amazing!!! If your hurt and need therapy this is the place to go hands down. There knowledge and experience can not be surpassed. They also listen to what you have to say about what's going on with your body. They also carry most of the supply's you need to continue your therapy at home and will instruct you on how to use it. The therapist's here will listen and not just judge you and try to push you out the door. There bed side Manor is amazing they really are here to help you and they won't treat you like just another payment. I wanna give a big shout out to Katie Osborne my therapist. Even though we didn't big home that big win with my shoulder I couldn't have gotten as far as I did with out you!!!!!

ct's like family as soon as you come in. Katie and the other guy for PT go beyond measures in a positive manner. The receptionist makes sure scheduled calls to remind and also the whole staff is amazing, friendly, kind,, sympathetic and generally cares for everyone that walk in. They have relaxing music, and not least works on you helping you in achieve your goals beyond
