AT&T Store

Long story short, my husband disabled his phone and we basically needed a new one to create a new Apple ID. Brian and Matias were so helpful, as soon we walked into the store they greeted us with a smile. We were in and out of there in 15 mins. We appreciate the help and the swiftness of it! Thank you both!

I had a wonderful experience with the associate that assisted me, Ed. He was very knowledgeable and quick, without making me feel like he was rushing. He was very personable and helpful. Excellent service!

I had a problem regarding a new wireless account I had just opened online. I came in to the store to see if they could help me resolve my problem. Paula went above and beyond to help me to resolve the situation. I was so thankful to find a the personal help that I needed by going in to the store in Royal Palm Beach.

I was helped by Emily and Paula. This is probably the 3rd time now. That Emily has helped me out with issues with Mt phone. The vast knowledge she has about cell phones is amazing. I used to work for cell phone companies in my 20's im 44 years old now. So I like to think im Mr Know It All. But apparently not, the quickness of her support. Is just so cool to see. How fast she can maneuver thru the phones settings. Is faster then I could ever do even in my hay day. I have a Galaxy Z Fold 4. She has helped me with certain functions not working and settings not set right. As well as my issue with my phone plan. I was told one thing over the phone. When I got by Bill was not what I signed up for. Emily was able to take care of it so quickly. This last time I was in the store front. She started to speak Spanish to a lady that Paula was helping. I was so shocked my mouth dropped. I'm Latin myself and never knew Emily was also. Goes to show you can't judge a book by its cover. Then she tells me Paula knows 5 languages. I know 3 myself so I was very shocked. That im not the smartest in the room. Hahaha, it was a joy to have the experience I have had with Emily thus far. Paula your cool too lol. So, I went in today because my current internet provider has been down for 10 days and the customer service is horrendous. Then their Employee Emily quickly helped me and gave me information one what they could and could not do. I’m not even a customer and they were very helpful to me.

The manager Paula was brilliant and did an amazing job helping me and her customer service was outstanding. Great place to go

The customer service at the establishment is exceptional, and the establishment is meticulously maintained. The representatives are courteous and accommodating. I exclusively frequent this establishment for my all my needs

I want to thank Yassel for excellent customer service working alone on a Sunday with a store full of customers. he is the best multitasker I have met working with two or three customers at the same time and honestly I think they should upgrade him to manager of the store thank you for the great job.

My husband and I had sworn off coming back here, but we decided to give it a try. Marc is AMAZING && was very helpful! We will continue to return to this store! He has changed out view and opinion on this location!

I want to shine a light on Marc for amazing customer service and being so helpful throughout the process of me transferring my phone service provider from T-Mobile to AT&T. Not only was he friendly and insightful, but he did an amazing job handling multiple customers at the same time. Marc is an Amazing Sales Rep!!

We met Angel at this ATT location. He was very warm, friendly, and professional. He helped take care of all our needs.

i walked in at the last hour of their business schedule, both associates were busy w/ 4 customers & Ymani (AT&T associate) greeted me right away & asked for my needs,she helped me in short period of time, every time i go there & she is present, i’m taken care of w/ ease. also the other young lady that works w/ her is great too, i don’t know her name...
it won’t be the same when Ymani leaves that place.....😩

I purchased a tablet and had to get it set up and Jean was incredibly patient and helpful. I will recommend anyone to that location just from his service
