Shout out to Felicia for her patience and kindness in helping us purchase a phone for our 85 year old father. This was not a quick process - Felicia did not rush us or show frustration - she guided us through the entire process with a smile on her face. She made this a great experience. I would travel the extra distance just to go to this store given the experience we had. Thank you, Felicia.

Where do I start, contrary to the majority the service here in my opinion is exceptional, beginning with the manager Atom and then on down to the representative Dee who helped tremendously with sales. Their generosity is top notch! Definitely would recommend this store to get your IPhone

I took my wife into the T-Mobile store in the Wellington Mall to get her a new phone. We walked out with 2 new phones, a better plan than we had and a first responder discount which was told to me. I never would have known about it. Robert was fantastic. He went above and beyond to remove a case from my wife’s phone that required removing screws from the case. He had a great personality and I felt absolutely fine spending my money with T-Mobile due to them being represented by a guy like Robert.

Benito Louis deserves ten stars! He’s so professional, knowledgeable, and patient. Today was one of the best, if not the best, customer service experiences I’ve ever had.
If I owned a company, I’d want him on my team!

The staff was very professional and helpful. They greet you upon entrance, and offer assistance towards your concerns. One young lady, Shakira, assisted me from start to finish. This is a T-Mobile store that I will visit for in person assistance or purchases.

Shaika and staff were wonderful! She helped me from start to finish and even stayed after her shift ended to help me retrieve an email account (not their fault). Fernando and Juan were very helpful as well. What a kind, supportive group of individuals! They are good to each other and good to their customers! Thanks again Shakira, I appreciate you!

I’ve been a Sprint customer for some years but I only came to Sprint because Apple couldn’t activate my phone in store. My previous experience with Sobe was great so I knew it wouldn’t be a hassle I immediately was assisted by Karla E. she helped my activate my phone and even got me a new plan which was cheaper than my previous and included the brand new iPad Pro. Ashleigh (sorry if I butchered your name) the store manager was a big help as well the atmosphere and personality these two provide maybe the only reason I stay with Sprint. I never had fun spending money in my life. I will always return to that store even if it’s just to say hi

I went into the sprint store to return my old phone and get a screen protector for my new phone. Right away I was greeted by an associate who directed me to an associate named Jacklyn P. She was very knowledgeable, friendly, and very meticulous while applying my screen protector on my phone. Thank you, Jackyn for your help. I also noticed that the whole staff was lively and friendly. It really made my experience in this store a good one 🙂 I will definitely come back to this store if I ever need anything else for my phone.

Costume Service was great with a Store Associate called "Sobe". He tried to assist with the issue regarding my phone. I still have to go to a store where technicians can go deeper then this could have gone but, the fact that he gave it 100% speaks a lot about the store and the employees..

Awesome experience. I went in to buy an iPhone for my child completely clueless on the process but a rep there, Nashierra was excellent and very knowledgeable, especially about parental controls, made the process quick and easy and overall made me feel great about my purchase. I’m hoping to have her help when Im ready to upgrade my phone !

I don't know if this is the correct mall location but Zachary was amazing. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. Unfortunately they didn't have the phone I wanted but he found one at another location. I wish he got the credit for the sale but he wanted me to be happy and went above and beyond.

We recently decided to switch to Sprint and decided to head over to the nearest store from us. This one was it. Kiara, the Sales Rep, helped us out. We have a couple of Google Pixel 2 XLs and for some reason there were technical challenges with the switch. It was apparently going to take a day or two. Which wasn't okay, but the great thing to mention here is how impressive Kiara was with her support through out the process. Without me making a request, she went ahead and requested a couple of loaner phones for both of us, while their tech team worked in the back to get us on their networks. Big shout out to the Sprint team at this store.

My husband and I were shopping for a new phone and were fortunate enough to work with Kiara of the Wellington Mall Sprint Store. She successfully converted what is normally a complex process of transferring data and accounts into a refreshingly pleasant shopping experience. She was remarkably patient, technologically adept, and incredibly nice. (Our needs were a bit more complex than most.) Kiara is a rare find, and we will always seek her out for our cell phone services. We were so pleased to have worked with her. Thank you, Kiara.

Best T-mobile store I’ve been to. Always willing to help no matter what and the energy in the store is very positive. It’s in and out so don’t worry about time they are super fast and professional

I recently purchased an iphone 6s from the Sprint Wellington store. The customer services that sales associate Diana Salgado provided me with was nothing less than exceptional. Her friendly demeanor, honesty and extensive knowledge of the plans and services offered by Sprint far exceeded anything I had ever experienced from a cell phone provider. Coming from Verizon, that is saying a lot. If the Sprint service is anything close to the exceptional customer service Diana provided, Sprint will have a customer for life.

I went to the one located in the CVS Pharmacy Mall where Bed Bath &!Beyond is located in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. I bought a new IPhone 7!and got a free cel Iphone.
The girl, her name is Adelfis, took care of everything. She was so nice, patience and understanding of my lack of knowledge that she make me feel so much welcome. She explained and helped me with the whole process.
I hope she stayed with TMobil for a long time. Employee like her make TMobil the best!

I can't remark on all employees, but I haven't encountered a bad one yet. However, the manager named Julianne is as good as they get. She has always gone above and beyond to help me, and anyone else I have observed her helping.

Great experience at this location by Macys. Stopped by to look around and left with a new phone and great service. Staff worked as a team and helped each other out. Will recommend to all my friends and family.
