I arrived at the store one hour before closing to make an addition to my account. I was attended to by the store manager, Sidney, who went above and beyond to help me with my phone and accessories.

Despite the impending closing time, I never felt pressured or rushed. In fact, I observed Sidney assisting another customer with an unusual request—updating a television while adding Internet service. 🤷🏿‍♂ I ended up staying in the store for an hour after closing, yet both the other customer and I felt genuinely valued.

This was truly the best experience I've ever had at a T-Mobile retail store.

I had an exceptional experience with Haany! He provided top-notch service, taking the time to thoroughly answer all my questions (and I had many!). He also expertly helped me install my new device. Haany's patience and knowledge are truly impressive. I highly recommend this location and Haany as a representative - he exceeded my expectations in every way!

I came in to upgrade to the iPhone 15 Plus. Service was great. The representative there made the process very simple, and got my transfer done within 40 mins or less. Fantastic phone and fantastic store. Highly recommend.

I visited this store today After a really bad experience at the Palm Beach Gardens Tmobile in which I was getting ready to leave Tmobile for another company. I was treated at this store really good they took care of me respect and professionalism. The service was fast and explained very clear to me.

Went into TMobile today to pick up an Apple Watch. The store was pretty busy but a representative welcomed us and let us know it would be about 15 minutes. Once it was our turn, Sidney provided exceptional service. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and he answered any questions we had. Our experience was very positive. Thank you Sidney and TMobile.

Extremely helpful and knowledgeable staff. Very professional and considerate. Quickly transferred my account, files, pictures and applications to my new S24 Ultra phone. Highly recommended.

Dropped my cell and broke it, had another old cell phone at home that I wanted to just swap over to instead of buying a new phone. Went there and Sobe made it a quick and painless experience. Thank you For being so helpful. I’m so appreciative. Great place!

I had serious problems with my cell phone, customer service over the phone did not work, so I took it into the store and they figured it out within minutes!
They are very knowledgeable and professional and they have a good sense of humor!!!!

Sobe at T Mobile was fantastic. He showed us how to use our phone better by solving our problems & in addition took off cookies & advertising that we didn’t want. He had lots of patience & a great sense of humor.

This location is amazing. Lindsay was so very helpful with getting us to jump from ATT. And I can’t thank Sidney enough for his patience and help getting our lines set up very quickly. Cannot thank them enough. You guys are awesome!!!

Before coming to this location we went to two others. This was the first TMobile store that greeted us upon entering the store. Sobe and Tia were phenomenal!
We immediately were received with a smile and a warm welcome. Customer Service is key and they truly embody service with excellence.

If you have tmobile or sprint i highly recommend dealing with this store. The customer service is in a league of its own. I had the pleasure of dealing with a gentleman named Sobe. He took over two hours dealing with an issue I had from an other location. He took the time to fix our issue and explain in detail why it happened. I wish I could rate this store 10 stars specifically because of their employee Sobe! That guy is amazing!

Every time I've walked in the store, i was always greeted no matter how many people were in the store. They spent 2 hours helping me with transferring my data to my new phone and my screen was cracked, they didn't get frustrated or anything. I believe my rep as Wolfgang or something like that but he was prior army service like me and help me pick out the perfect phone for me and was able to point me in the right direction to help apply for my military plan. Thank you all !

Geoffrey was an amazing sales agent to work with; he was patient, kind and understanding. And yes, very talented and witty. He has a very good sense of humor; I was so impressed, that I returned the phone I bought from AT&T yesterday and switched to T-Mobile. ATT&T is a waste of time. T- Mobile Rocks!!!!
