Nina's Five Star Pizza

Owner is very kind and as far as I’m concerned and to my liking it’s the best pizza I’ve had. Pizza always has the perfect crisp and its definitely something you need to try.

Pizza is very good and the owner is really nice, Nina's is my favorite place to get pizza in Scranton 10/10 would recommend

My fiancé and I have been looking for the “perfect” pizza since we moved to Scranton and this pizza cheeks out on everything from the perfect crispy crust, to the flavorful home made sauce, great mozzarella. I really don’t see why this place wasn’t blown up. It’s perfect in every aspect. I recommend a thousand times to eat here.

The owner was very kind to us. The food was 10 out of 10. We got a pizza, a calzone, and gnocchi and it was all amazing. The food is made with care and fresh ingredients!

We've gotten three different pies from here and they've all been fantastic. Easily the best veggie pizzas in the area, and surprisingly cheap unless you're used to Domino's prices. The owner is always friendly when we come to pick it up - he clearly loves what he does and us great at it. He's also happy to make substitutions and additions which is awesome. In particular the biana was amazing. Can't wait to try everything on the menu!

THIS PLACE IS INCREDIBLE!!! I have been trying so many local pizza spots to find one that's consistently at least better than decent (i even have a spreadsheet!) and the first time i ordered from here i knew literally by the time i hung up the phone that it was going to be special. when we went to pick up we discovered that almost every pie is vegetarian. this is an absolute dream come true for me!!!! the owner is so incredibly kind and accommodating. he really takes your requests and questions and food needs seriously, and every different pizza we've tried so far has been SHOCKINGLY delicious. i'm not even exagerrating. the prices for specialty pies are incredibly reasonable. i've never tried delivery, but everything else about Nina's gets an enthusiastic A++++++ from me.

Great thin crust pizza! Lots of options, pizza is hot fresh and quick out the oven.

The delivery was fast and the food was still warm, even on a frigid day. Had pizza and mozz sticks. The sticks were battered style and paired well with their marinara that was provided. The sauce on the pizza was a bit sweet, but not overly so and was not too heavy. Crust was fluffy as well. I would go there again and recommend to a friend.

Excellent New York style pizza, done right! All of the pizzas I have tried have been fabulous, and they show you the pie before you pay for it. The Sicilian is my favorite item on the menu, it is done about 3/4 of the thickness of any of the other pizzerias around, so it gives you the bite without being overly filling.

Service is great. Friendly family! The owner helped me up the steps and in the door when I had my kids!!! Very clean.. I LOVE their Thin crust pizza. And sauce is perfect! Second time I have ordered and it's great !

I lived around the corner before they opened up. I have tried them since day one. I know for a fact nothing is microwaved everything they make is fresh and showed to you before you even pay. The prices are great. They even treat everyone like your there family. I moved over an hour away, and everytime I'm in Scranton the first thing I think of is to stop at Nina's and take a home cooked meal home to my family. No complaints at all I love coming here and enjoying there food and company it's like everything is done with love.i would recommend everyone to this establishment I know for a fact you'll be a long time loyal customer like I am. I know for a fact in 20 years they will still be around. So my advice would be to you to adjust your taste buds because there not going anywhere. Mama and Papa we appreciate you so keep up the good work!

Very sweet man. Food was fresh, hot, and delicious. My mozzarella sticks melted in my mouth, my french fries were very soft and cheesy. Hands down great food , great customer service

This is our families go to place. We probably order once a week. If you're looking for NY style, hand tossed pizza, (not that square, american cheese stuff spread on a store bought sponge) then this is it. No sweet sauce. Just the perfect pie. They're always consistent. Always fresh, delicious, and hot. Fast service. No hour waits and cold deliveries. Fantastic dinners, made w/ vegetables (in season) from their garden. My husband's favorite is Spaghetti Marinara, while mine is Pasta Aglio e Olio. They treat us like family. Whomever said they were rude, obviously had some sort of disconnect or misunderstanding because I've never seen any of them be anything but super kind, generous, & welcoming. Always ask me about my husband. Ask how I'm doing, etc. They are a jewel in Southside Scranton, and easily my favorite places to patronize.

The pizza was great and very tasty. Real Ny style pizza in south side the owner was very friendly. This place definitely gets 5 stars

Order a cheese steak Stromboli no sauce just plain it was amazing ,very courteous

You cannot get a better experience can eating in the restaurant. It's like walking back 60 years when someone cared about their business. And if I Really Really great pizza

Great pizza flavorful plenty of toppings perfect crust hard find perfect pizza place but this most definitely will be 1 on my list

I come to this establishment for over 3years now. The cook & staff are the best! My wife and kids love the food and the food is phenomenal. Must try if you haven't already!
