KFC

I like KFC, especially the fries. The biscuits are derish (sp on purpose), and the coleslaw is better than years past. I prefer the regular formula to the extra crispy. OH. The mashed 'taters and gravy are super.

The chicken Littles are so good nice service and 5 stars

The workers are very nice and the chicken is good.

Had a problem putting in an online order as it wouldn't take my phone number and I wanted the specials. Lady behind the counter had me get my phone and helped me get the $$ off I was supposed to. Order was done in 10min. AWESOME!!!

So nice. And someone is always cleaning. Helpful and friendly.

The last time I went there I got mash potatoes and the were spoiled. I went there for Mother's Day and the food was amazing. But this time not so much.

Chicken sandwiches and chicken nuggets are amazing! Try their new buffalo ranch sauce as well!

Clean for a KFC in Scranton, the staff were friendly and our food came quick. But most of the tables had been left dirty by previous customers and hadn't been cleaned. Would definitely go back as its in such a convenient location.

Ignore all the other reviews. This place has great customer service, best i’ve ever seen in a KFC. I’m not from around here but the lady cashier (wish i knew her name but all i can remember is that she has a tattoo on her arm) was very nice and professional and even gave us some cookies! :)

New China nuggets were tasty and moist. Ranch Sauce was just right too.

My experience was great. Sales person great attitude and place was clean and quiet. KFC on Keyser is the Bomb. Will go back

Fast,Friendly service the food was also good

This was the Scranton KFC. 100% better service then the one in Clarksummit. The corn however was dried out badly. Tried the baked beans for the first time. Delicious

The young lady that was doing the orders was very professional and I think she was work pretty hard good job I forgot to get her name much love on .

The food was great! AS were the people that worked the drive through. Kind and respecful. Although while waiting in the parking lot for our order to be processed, a car pulled up next to us waiting for a worker inside of KFC. The entire car full of people tried to cause a fight with my 12 yr old daughter and myself. It was dark and completely outrageous! Lock your doors and next time the cop's will be called. KFC employees did NOT assist us at all. A mother and her young daughter up against 3 adults and a VERY sassy pre-teen!!

Food was pretty good and workers were ok

Great customer service and the food was cooked well. This is the only fast food place that I have been to where they check to make sure everything is okay after you have begun eating. Best KFC I've ever been to!

I go to the kfc on keyser ave in Scranton and it’s the best customer service always! Employees are always pleasant, professional, and personable. Never indifferent.
