Pacific Pulmonary Services is incapable of managing its finances.
For over a year I have gotten past due emails each month on an account that is set up for auto payments. The billing department told me to ignore the emails because it was a known issue but they had a work around and I wasn't being charged late penalties.
Then they sent me to a debt collection agency for missed billing....for an account... on autopay.
