Staff was thorough and very courteous. Unfortunately, I cannot afford $3750 for hearing aids at this time. Tom was very helpful and professional. Sorry I had to disappoint him on the sale aspect. I am currently undergoing chemotherapy for non Hodgkin Lymphoma and money is more than tight.

They people that work their are top shelf. Bet helpful and open with you to discuss any issues you may be having . Highly recommend New Sound Hearing.

Tom provides excellent service every time. His is very knowledgeable about tuning my hearing aids and is patient to deal with.

Always a pleasant experience,appointments are scheduled well, with very little or no waiting.My hearing aids were cleaned, and my ears canals were checked for wax buildup. Next appointment’s scheduled for June, it will be for a hearing test, checking for any change in my hearing,(at no charge) because I purchased my hearing aids at New Sound Hearing Center…Pleased with my purchase…Tom and Stephanie are A#1 in their care of their patients…

NewSound was very professional when they gave me a hearing test today. Tom explained the results for me and resolved some issues with my hearing aid that I didn't know I had. My hearing was much improved after a simple adjustment.

I have been working with Tom and Stephanie for years. They have both been great. Tom has been terrific in explaining my options and getting me the best hearing aids for my hearing loss. Whenever I have had any problems, they have gotten me in immediately and resolved the issue. The hearing aids that I got from NewSound have improved my quality of life.

I have been a client for 10 years at least. I have upgraded my hearing aids two times noting qualitative leaps every time in the quality of the amplification and noise reduction.
