Joe (Advantage) is an expert home inspector. My wife and I contracted Advantage multiple times to inspect prospective purchases in the Lehigh Valley. Some of the properties we visited had already been under contract, so previous home inspection reports from other companies had been made available to us. In some cases, these were serious issues omitted by the sellers; VERY EXPENSIVE headaches which would have been transferred to us.
