Tony at Valley Home Inspectors was great! Not only does he use cutting edge tools for his thorough inspections, the ease of booking online allowed us to get him out to the property quickly. We really appreciated the ability to easily choose items from the inspection report to add to our list of requested repairs/credits. We've had quite a few property inspections done over the years, and this one was far and away the easiest and most useful.

We hired Tony to inspect our roof because of a water leak on the ceiling of our home. He arrived on time and was thorough with his inspection. He noticed potential problem areas and communicated them to us as he moved around the roof. We also received a report of his findings with photos. Very comprehensive, careful inspection. Tony was diligent in performing the contracted services. When he identified an issue in one location of the house, he sought out other similar conditions elsewhere. The inspection results greatly improved our understanding of issues involving the house. Amazing attention to detail and the report was completed on time and included videos and photos. Anthony went over every aspect of the home and explained to me each step. After he was done he went over everything again to make sure everything was completely covered. I highly recommend him.

I worked with Tony and Colleen to schedule our inspection. They fit me in the week I called, which was greatly appreciated, especially given how busy it is right now with the market being the way it is! He was early, did a very thorough job. We loved the video of the roof that he provided. The warranties and check on any recalls on appliances was very helpful. Great company, and our realtor was also very impressed. Tony clearly had knowledge in contracting, as he told us how to fix some minor issues that were found.
