Tony was absolutely amazing; not only was he extremely thorough, but any problem he identified, he quickly followed up with the best possible solution to rectify the issue. For example, there wasn’t a mixing valve on the boiler to regulate the hot water temperature, so he made sure to outline who to call, what to have them do, etc. He noted the serial numbers on all appliances so that Integra can update us if there is ever a recall on anything. He explained complex principles in layman’s terms so we knew exactly what needed to be fixed and how to go about doing that as well as price estimates for how much it would cost. We were so pleased with how knowledgeable he was, how patiently he answered our questions, and again, the diligence in being so thorough. We will definitely be using Integra Home Inspections again!

As a real estate investor in the valley I see a lot of home inspection companies, hands down Integra without a doubt as one of the best. I might also add they are the areas foremost expert on radon inspections and mitigation systems.

Tony conducted an inspection of our home in advance of our upcoming 11 month inspection with our builder. He arrived on time and was extremely thorough in checking all aspects of our home, to include heating, plumbing, electric, windows, siding, deck, roof, etc. He is knowledgeable on all aspects of building and codes. He is friendly and patient (as I may have asked about 100 questions.) I highly recommend Tony!

I’ve never had a home inspection done so I can’t compare to other experiences, but My experience with Integra and Chris was above my expectations. I really appreciated how Chris took his time to explain things and really provide a lot of teaching moments for me as a new homeowner.
