Alexis was great. I had trouble putting in my low beam lights which should’ve been a quick install for me but I was struggling. Alexis made my day. She should be rewarded for her hard work and willingness to help at an instant. Thank you. We need more people in this world like her.

I believe it was Ava who helped me this morning. Very friendly greeting right when I walked in and immediately asked to help me find stuff. Brought me right over to it. Good customer service speaks volumes.

Great, helpful, and knowledgeable staff! This team is incredible. Michael loaned us some tools, and the knowledgeable, skillful Steve T. even came outside and helped us cheerfully with our issue. Resny was also extremely kind and supportive.

A good sized auto parts store that will install the windshield wipers you buy there, and usually car batteries and even some head lights from what I hear.

“Manny” Emanuel and Ivan were super helpful. Gave me some tips and made sure I had the right equipment.

At first, I was just coming in to get a code for my check engine light.

Manny took the time to use the computer to check what I needed for my car. Afterwards he showed me how I could fix it and gave me the confidence to do it myself!

Changed my ignition coils and spark plugs on my VW 2012 Tiguan 2.0 S. It was easy, just like he said it would be.

I went in to make an exchange for a different weight oil I had no receipt and it was no problem. And the man to help me was funny, helpful, and informative !

Stopped in for an oil light, but was fine on oil and sent in a better direction for what I needed. Daniel was very helpful in making sure I was informed.

Store is presentable and no ADA violations. I would suggest them cleaning their restrooms better, but I understand they may not have enough people who care. I'm happy they at least have restrooms.

Really fast. Don't have to waste the Associates time when they can help other People, whom need parts or other help.

I recently had an issue with a part that I purchased. Jess (Store Manager) and Dana (one of the managers) were absolutely amazing to work with. They understood the issue, did what they could to rectify, and kept me up to date on status of resolution.

Long story short, the District and Regional Managers needed to get involved, as well as corporate. Although it was a rough experience with corporate, I am still a happy customer because the employees (and management) at this store showed professionalism and great customer service. In fact I was just there yesterday to buy more stuff.

I would absolutely recommend their store and their staff. Well done!!

I had the most easy pleasant transaction at this location. Jessie was so helpful and caring of our needs. She made sure we had everything we needed and even went as far as assisting us with changing our lower headlights. Fantastic experience with Dale this morning, who helped identify an improvement over OEM car battery and then did a great job of fitting it for me as a courtesy.

On Saturday night, 11/26/2022, my wife needed her car battery serviced. We called in advanced to see if there was an on-site rep who could do a battery replacement. Manny answered the phone and said he could help us if we get there before he leaves work. Manny waited specifically for us although his shift ended. He was super friendly, professional, and persistent. Due to corrosion, the battery was very hard to replace. Manny could have easily given up; and that would’ve been okay, as he was doing his best. However, Manny tried very hard because he cared about a family getting home safe (my wife and kids were present). So, he tried that much harder and put in an amazing effort to break through the rust and corrosion and miraculously changed the battery. Additionally, Manny, explained the great customer service and warranties Autozone provides. I hope Manny gets all necessary raises, bonuses, and promotions for great customer service. People like Manny will keep customers coming to Autozone as their first stop for their auto needs.

Need parts? On the road out of town, I needed a replacement terminal for my power inverter and they hooked me up. Outstanding service! Go see them.

Marilex and Jessica were incredibly helpful...I needed a new battery for my car and Marilex installed it for me. The issue was that there was so much corrosion that the terminal wouldn't release from the battery. They did not give up... they persisted and was able to change me battery and terminal! Hard to find employees that dedicated! Huge thank you to them🙏
