McDonald's

The family and I ordered the Kerwin Frost meals. Two nugget boxes and two Big Mac boxes. The food was fresh, the little nugget character toy was cute. We also got a couple of vanilla shakes. Yes the ice cream machine was working. The service was on point.

The food here was excellent. I’m not sure where all these one-star reviews are coming. McDonald’s has done a splendid job upgrading the atmosphere of their stores throughout the last 10-15yrs. They’ve included plenty of ways of ordering, such as in-person, on-screen, mobile, and drive-thru, and somehow they’re able to manage the workload. This location didn’t disappoint.

Stopped here on our way home and everyone who worked inside was very pleasant. The restaurant was clean and the food was good.

I cannot rate the atmosphere because we always just go through the drive thru. With that said, this McDonalds location ranks the highest in my opinion. I have visited a few different locations living in another city but don't frequent them often. The food was fresh and hot. The drive thru time was minimal and the order was correct. Nothing missing or added.

I went through the drive thru yesterday morning. Two different guys working it. I didn't get their names, but they should be commended for their customer service. Both were extremely polite. Too easy to write about negative experiences. These two young men were exactly what you want in representing your business. Thanks again guys for your polite and positive approach. This comes from a guy that's not a morning person and you put me in a great mood. Thank you!

Two times in a row food was missing from my curbside order. First time I left it alone, second time I went back to complain. They acted like I was lying to them and made me wait twenty minutes for the two replacement cheeseburgers. Not going here again. Will drive the extra miles to go to the one across from dorney park instead.

Grabbed a snack on the way home. It’s McDonalds. Met expectations.

I’ve been coming to this McDonald’s for years. I’ve always had a nice experience. I also wanted to give a nice little shoutout to the guy at the drive through taking orders this morning for having a great vibe.

Love using the app for the $1 Large French Fry coupon. Workers are pleasant and remember the small details like napkins and straws. Very busy drive thru at this location.
I have never been inside but I can see an indoor playground area when I pick up my take out order.

Super friendly lady works the drive thru weekday mornings. Her positive attitude certainly deserves public recognition!

I love bringing my kids here for lunch. The play area is spacious and clean

I wanted to take a moment to share the experience I had this morning around 9:00 am (Saturday morning rush I imagine). When I entered the restaurant, there were a lot of people ahead of me and my first thought was to see how quick the line was moving because I was going to leave. I was pleasantly surprised to see the manager Jose gather his team together, open up registers, converse with all of us in line and get everyone’s order in a timely manner!! I had to call the restaurant to get his name because I didn’t know it when I left. He answered the phone and in our conversation he let me know that General Manager Marie was also a big part of my exceptional experience at McDonald’s. I hope corporate sees my review because I want you to know that you have an OUTSTANDING manager/employee in Jose and because of him stepping up, I will return!! Well done Jose and McDonalds!!

Breakfast was great very fast

I'm giving this McDonald's five stars because while I was ordering a 70 - 80 year old man came in to the establishment wearing nothing but leather like a 1950s biker and to say I was a little impressed would be an understatement. Even leather pants. Simply amazing. Beats the fighting crackheads from the McDonalds from Times Square I can tell you that.

Stop on our way out if town. Very fast service and the food was hot. That was very nice. We don't get that kind of service in Las Vegas.

Love to take my steps grand kids. When I babysit. And we all enjoyed are meal especially kids with there happy meal. Lol😀

Service is sooo slow but they have the best chocolate cookies mmmmm

Had a very good meal and my children Love their signature cheeseburgers and nuggets. McDonald’s has been a great deal in my life ever since I was a little kid it always is great to have a little memories back in your mind when are used to play in the play area and be able to yell to my mom and dad “hey I’m up here”

I love this McDonald’s the manager Maria is the best she always makes the food fresh if you ask her to and goes out of her way to make sure the customers are happy actually all of the employees are very nice there and very accommodating the food is always fresh and hot thank you Maria kudos to you
