Walmart Pharmacy

I came here from Walgreens. Walgreens never had it ready,or they ran out of the medication . They have snippy ,arrogant attitudes.
Walmart is the best Mike is awesome. No waiting for a flu shot no appointment required. What a relief that was!

I went to get my first dose of COVID vaccine. My nerves was a reck to say the least. The pharmacy tech Shereen who administered my fiancé and I vaccine was so pleasant she displayed so much patience with us especially with me. Her customer service was on point. Thank you !!

I love this pharmacy!! All the Pharmacists and staff are kind, helpful, patient and I have never had a bad experience since I switched over. I can't say enough good things, I highly recommend them!! I switched after having poor experiences at both CVS and Riteaid Pharmacy and couldn't be happier with my choice.

Very friendly pharmacist , gave me good advice .

Two stars because their weekday hours are decent. However, don't go on a weekend because they'll invariably be closed down for lunch in the middle of the afternoon. Also, no drive-thru, but what do you expect for Walmart. Main complaint: this is the second time I've had a refill "not submitted." The first time I refilled through the app and went to pick it up and got blank stares from the pharmacy staff. So, lesson learned: no more app. On 7/29/18 I called in a refill and got a text saying it would be ready 7/30/18 by 2PM. No follow up text or call to let me know it was there. The app does show the Rx was last refilled on 7/30, but a status check via phone disagrees. No refill was submitted, which I confirmed with a human. What is the point of having apps and refill-by-phone if they're not reliable?

I went there to pick up my and my family's medicine.
I ask Pharmacist name LI how long it will take to make my prescription ready. He answered me so rudely that just sit, just sit, I ask him nicely sir how long I have to wait then he refused to help me.
Ther are so many pharmacies around with very polite service available, finally I switched to express script pharmacy. They will mail out my medicine on monthly basis.

Every time I go there, which is monthly they always either give the the wrong prescription, charge me the wrong amount and often you wait while the girls chat in the back area. Many times if authorization is needed I am told they will reach out and then fill it. Yesenia, one of the girls in the back chatting today was very rude. I would not want her in my staff.

Pharmacy manager... Lucy Kudrin, is very rude and disrespectful to the customers...i will never deal with her or Walmart Pharmacy again... I've called corporate headquarters on her
