Easy to find the location. Overnight parking at front. Security is very good and helpful. Delivery appointment was 7 am and out at 7:45.

Great people very helpful for a new driver like me. I was in in out no problem only thing is very tight space to maneuver a 53” have to ask staff what’s the best way to get out… other than that great.

Easy to find. Park out front and walk in. Make you weigh tracto and trailer then drop. After that you have to get back on the scale just bobtail. It's such a hassle. Watch for the dump truck drivers when trying to park. They try to pass you in the on comming traffic side.

I guess what they say is true. Your miles may very. I arrived early, gentlemen at the gate instructed me to wait. He came and got me 10 mins after my pickup time. Scaled in, gate man instructed me over the bridge and back into door 4. Guys started loading me right away.

Scaled out, sat across the road getting my PPW in order and rolled out.

Here's the directions to the place and this is the route I took coming here to pick up my load and this is a truck route so try to follow the directions that I'm going to give you now , do not depend on the Rand McNally GPS after you leave the turnpike it will take you through residential areas and some messed up areas so follow the directions and here it is/// from I-95 N "NJ TPK" take Exit 9 and marriage to u.s. 18 South Drive on it for five miles then exit on County Road 615"main st" after you exit and at the end of the ramp turn left on Main Street 615 drive on it for two and a half miles then turn right on Brown Road"THERE is no sign for the road just use the Google maps to locate the st" don't be scared when you see the entrance for this street it's narrow and it's kinda an uphill and there's a rail track it is a High one and creepy but you will go over it just fine so put it in gear and give it gas and you will go through it, then you will see a t ahead of you bear left at the T and this will be old Waterworks Road, the customer is the first building to the right the gate is right after the cars parking lot " do not enter the gate they want you to park across the street from the gate on the dirt lot and walk in to check in" if you come here early earlier than your appointment time they won't take you and you will have to go take a nap ,they will let you stay if you run out of hours in the dirt lot this , lot is tight it takes Four trucks maximum so don't plan on coming here way too early

Parking lot very awkward for truckers although its kinda wide it's not long at all making backing up a trlr into a spot sorta difficult especially having to make a sharp turn right after the guard shack. But my trlr was pre loaded so they get 3 stars.

Very heavy loads fuel up first otherwise they will load to max capacity. Gotta have alot of patience here also everything is done at Union Worker speed

Man at receiving, don’t know what to do, he look so confuse while working, 7.25am checking unloaded at 12.00 noon. If it’s is raining you going to screw your truck. No guidance no side track visibility, water every where. Move you tandem front, tight turn if you are going to dock 7 or 8. Once you are on dock they unload you in 30min

It’s tight they don’t take you early but they do have a little parking across the street. Checked in at 5:30 for a 7:00a appointment didn’t get a door until 8:00 & it’s 9:30 & im still in the door

Zero room to navigate inside the plant. Picked up my preloaded trailer and it had a flat tire. Landing gear got stuck on railroad tracks exiting water works road despite being completely raised and destroyed the gear. You also have no choice but to stop in the middle of the tracks when exiting because there is an intersection 10ft away. Avoid at all costs if pulling full size trailers
