Steak & Steel Hibachi Inc.

This was our first time visiting, we popped in for lunch. I selected the hibachi special for lunch with shrimp. It also came with soup and salad. Very good! But what was even better was our service! Our server was very attentive and actually entertaining too. Will definitely be back. 😁

I have been here quite a few times and always forget to take pics of the food! Tonight, I took a piece of sushi before remembering to snap a pic.
We have dined outside with our pup. And tonight we ordered to go as we live very close by.
Tonight I ordered the eel avocado roll, spicy tuna roll and spicy white tuna roll. All were really delicious and bigger than I was expecting. I’ve ordered soup, dumplings, appetizers and sushi rolls prior. Have not tried the hibachi… that is next!!!

Edit to first visit inside: We loved the sushi boat and fried tofu. Drinks were on point as always.

Today - Dec 30, 2023. Ordered the Japanese julep and tried the new Seasonal spritz. This is by far the best yet!! If you’re an Aperol spritz lover, this is the cocktail for you. Also - Get the new egg rolls!!!

If your an anime lover and love japanese food all in one place, this is the place for you. The best hibachi i have had so far in the Lehigh Valley. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The food was delicious and with alot of flavor. The alcoholic drinks were amazing!! The epresso martini was the best!!

Went for treat yo self ladies lunch with my friend Liz. Food was incredible, it was quiet in the afternoon when we went, and the drinks were tasty.

Now that you know what I had, the review...come to this place! You will not be disappointed. The beef was very tender and seanoned perfectly. In fact, there were no aspects of this very affordable lunch menu item that was lacking in any way.

Crab Rangoon was fantastic. Chef and atmosphere were enjoyable. A little smoky but in an odd way made it more enjoyable.

My husband and I had an early dinner this evening. We sat at the bar and Nick was amazing. Attentive, polite, personable, funny, and professional! He is a definite asset to this restaurant. I over heard him telling a newer server, “ if you need anything let me know. If you need me to jump in or you just need a minute!”. Awesome team player! Thank you Nick for a great experience.

My girlfriend and I decided to have a date night and I had mentioned this place because I had seen they had just recently opened. For only being open for a couple of days I have to say they are doing a fantastic job!

I want to give a personal shout-out to Abby, who took care of us at the bar, for a great night and making our date night feel a little extra special. Also I would like to give a shout-out to Rob, the manager, for taking time out of his night to actually stop and catch up with us. It was great seeing my two old coworkers living their dreams and making this place come to reality.

In my opinion I felt like the food was really great, my girlfriend said her cocktail was excellent, and the service was amazing. I will definitely be bringing my family one day to sit down and actually go for the hibachi show (which while looking from the bar looked so cool!)

We got their at 5:40 pm, on a Sunday, and surprisingly it was not as packed on the sit down/bar side, but with the hibachi side the 6 tables were already full of people, but by 7:00 the place was pretty packed. Definitely would recommend making reservations, but if you come early enough in the night it shouldn’t be a problem getting a seat.

Overall fantastic and I do hope this place lives on for years and years in Bethlehem to come, it definitely has so much to offer and from what I could tell for only being open for a few days this place will definitely be skyrocketing to the top as the place to get hibachi and sushi. 🥢🍣

We had such a wonderful time! We went to celebrate my son's birthday. Made reservations about a week prior for a Wednesday night. Not sure if we needed them but we like to play it safe. We were seated promptly and our waitress was with us just moments later. We didn't wait long before our soup and salads arrived. We've had hibachi many times but this was our first time here. The salad dressing was AMAZING! By far the best hibachi dressing. We were given the perfect amount of time to finish our soup and salad before our chef came out. Most of us had the chicken hibachi but my son had the shrimp hibachi. We were also given the option of fried rice, noodles or both. Not an option we see very often. The food was delicious! But the entertainment was outstanding. Our chef had us laughing and amazed by what he could do! My son didn't want any attention drawn to him for his birthday so they respected his wishes and still brought him fried ice cream, which was devoured!

We had an incredible time here!!! We are previous residents of Jim Thorpe and fans of Myst already but Steak and Steel blew them away. Came in for hibachi just as the superbowl started. We were sat and helped quickly. The server, Andrea, was absolutely amazing. She was constantly checking on us but we never felt pressured or rushed in any way. We chose some drinks, sushi and got soft shell crab as an app. The crab was surprisingly very good! The sushi was top notch as well. Our hibachi meals came with soup and salad. Both of which were very nice. A classic peanut dressing on the salad. The blackberry sage cocktail was very nice as well as the old fashioned. Can't wait to try more cocktails! Chef Sky came out and put on a show for us. Rounds of skillful cooking with sake in between. The show was great and the food was even better. Afterward we ordered a round for the chefs and they all came out to thank us. The meal was fantastic from start to finish both in food and in service. We will definitely be back for dine in and takeout!! Thank you so much for a wonderful evening. Your staff is amazing and we are so glad you've set up shop here in Bethlehem.

Was in the area on business and visited this place with our large group. Phenomenal job of service, incredible fun atmosphere and high quality food.

Went to the fabulous new Steak and Steel Hibachi INC. last night. What a wonderful time! The hibachi was out of this world delicious and plentiful, our server Tommy was the best, and the owner came by the table numerous times. Great guy! The venue is beautiful. We were luckily seated with some really fun, delightful people. My brother bravely did the saki blast and lit the onion tower on fire. If you love great sushi and hibachi, run don't walk to this place! It's located right across the street from the parking structure so it doesn't get any more convenient. Will definitely go on our rotation list for many more visits.

My two young daughters and I had Hibachi here Friday for an early dinner. Since we had an early dinner (430 reservation), the restaurant wasn't overly packed when we got there. The vibe and atmosphere are pretty cool. I love the artwork on the wall.

The crab rangoon was good - not overly fishy. They were crispy and my daughter loved the sauce.

The chef was fun and even did I trick I never saw before ( I won't spoil it for the rest of you). The food was good, as long as you like terryaki, since that's what they put on the protein. Overall I enjoyed everything. My daughters also enjoyed it, and my youngest doesn't particularly care for hibachi. Leftovers hit the spot too!

For those complaining about service, they are new and working out the kinks. The entire staff was super nice and accommodating.

I will be a regular here, for sure. So glad this is a new addition to the neighborhood.

Being a long time patron of Shogun in the Woodlands that's run by the same gentleman...
This place absolutely kills it. I recommended my friend move an additional restaurant down to this area with the same quality, service, and professionalism.
The food, sushi, service AND cocktails were nothing less than what is expected at Shogun. If you're here, please give this place a chance. If you're in the Woodlands, please give Shogun a try!

This is a second review of this location. Initial had some service issues which have since been remedied on subsequent visits. Again, I went in thinking it was going to be standard hibachi and how different could the food taste actually be. But that’s just the thing, the food is exponentially better than other places I have been to. They’re incredibly kid friendly as well and our son was very into the show and experience as well. We did not get drinks the second time we came but the martinis are exceptional and a definite must have when you are there. I also had sushi on another day which was hands down the best I have had. This a must go to for dinner, lunch, or to just sit at the sushi bar and relax for a little and try their rolls.

Today I started the espresso martini. Devin on bar and slings the best drinks. You may remember him from the original Mint, he never ceases to amaze. Quick and attentive service. For my lunch I had the Pink Lady Roll I have been eyeing up on the menu. The shrimp tempura was done to perfection and mango *chef kiss* amazing! Topped with avocado, lobster salad, and fish roe that adds a pop. A lot of food for a good price.

Hope you all stop in and enjoy the people, atmosphere, food, and drink as much as we do

Went there for my birthday and had an amazing time! It was my first time there and definitely won’t be the last! Our chef Austin was amazing! He made us laugh, we enjoyed the food and there isn’t one thing I would change about the whole thing! Thank you to you everyone there!

This was our first time here and we celebrated my brother’s 21st birthday Hibachi Style. The vibe and atmosphere was great. They even let us bring our own cake which we were so happy to share.
Cocktail drinks were ok (could be better) but the food was amazing.
For hibachi, there is a vegetarian option (teriyaki vegetables) which is cooked on the same grill as the meat but I’m sure they can cook it separately if you ask.
Service was 10/10 especially Andrea and Noah, I believe their names were, they were the best. Even met one of the owners, Rob (I think) who came to us a few times and he was just so cool to talk to.

There was an incident (which had nothing to do with nor should it define the restaurant btw) that happened during dinner in which we were offered and given a discount for but I do wish that the lovely couple next to us was given the same discount as they were promised also. But other than that it was dinner & 2 shows, what could beat that ? lol

Other Hibachi restaurants need to watch this place! Steak & Steel Hibachi has set the bar and it’s high. This is the best hibachi in terms of show and food quality since prior to COVID. There were three of us and we all ended up getting Filet and Shrimp hibachi meals. All came out exactly as ordered and was delicious. The filet was tender and not stringy, the shrimp were of good quality and did not have that ‘we just pulled them from the freezer’ taste. The idles and fried rice both had good flavor and the portions were good. The clear broth soup not anything to write home about and prob the same for the salad- but who comes for soup and salad? My friend ordered the eel sashimi app and she said it was prob among the best she has ever had. I had the Lychee martini x2 - it was that good! Our waitress Andrea was awesome and very attentive - could not have asked for a better server!

The portions were large and I ended up taking food home. We will def make this out go to spot in the future esp since the hibachi we normally hit up in Center Valley is spotty quality!

Def make a stop here for hibachi and sushi!

Update 09.16.23: we have been here 3x already and every time is better than the last! The food is excellent quality, the show is unbeatable, and the service impeccable. We always come earlier in the day which is perfect. Our server Abby was fun and very friendly. Our chef (although I don’t know his name) was awesome - he really got into his show during dinner and was super friendly. We have dined at other hibachi and it usually good with one thing but not the other but this place does it right! Every experience will be different for everyone but this place has consistently been great from opening day until now!

Came in to try the Hibachi Grill. Service was wonderful. Bartender makes a delicious Tequila Sunrise. It was amazing made with Casamigos tequila. The Shirmp Tempura was delicious. The New York strip with chicken was amazing. The vegetables and soup that came with mean so yummy. Thanks for the wonderful food.
