WellMed at Cleburne

I would give them Zero stars if I could. In my honest opinion.
They are worthless! Multiple times my wife has gone there because it is the only place her insurance allows short of a 30 minute drive. Every time she has gone, they have either misspelled her name (Which has caused prescriptions to be lost or mishandled), or not called the prescriptions in before the doctors office has closed. Which has caused major issues especially on the weekend or holiday. So yes. WORTHLESS!!!!! The only saving grace for my wife is that she absolutely adores Dr Morton. But even in my eyes, that is NOT enough to save this disgustingly useless office.

Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. Office staff will piss you off before you get called back. $$$ driven organization that had no idea what customer service means. Rude, demeaning and will lie to you to get you to stay. I have lost my doctor (that I loved and trusted)of over 15 years due to the ill attitudes of the office staff. Not to “shoot the messenger” per se, I’m certain there is an idiot at the top of Wellmed that should be held responsible for this situation.

Since Welmed took over I can only say I your fired!
Very bad experience, remodeling is a real pain.
Wearing masks is stupid.
Folks they do not work, of its abot feelings I hope I hurt yours.
Doctor Wasson has lost me on too many fronts so we will be Firing him along with Wel med.
I will say the Sherry Wassons nurse is top notch.
And the only positive about that place.
You heath is too important to take for grated ...stay away for your heath.

If I could give it less than one star I would. This place cannot figure out what they are doing. No matter how many times they say they are working on it, they have zero follow through. It’s been over two months trying to get a medication refilled. I also requested the form to get my medical records and was shown the door because I refused to wear a mask. You don’t even have to wear a mask on planes anymore.

Soon disappointed with this place! I have been there for years and recently was hospitalized..when hospital made follow up appt. After being released I received a phone call from WellMed advising me they were no longer longer accepting blue cross insurance which left me with no where else to go! No letter in mail or nothing..now I am in desperate need of a Dr that will accept my insurance..I desperately need follow up and don't know where to turn..Thanks WellMed!¡

I made an appt and took vacation time from work to go to it; then the day of appt I'm told they can't see me.
