USMD Cleburne Clinic

I am new to Cleburne. From my first phone call to set an appointment to seeing Gloria at the front desk I was treated with hospitality. The staff is considerate, caring, and professional. My insurance company made a mistake and they worked with me to correct it right then to keep my new patient appointment. I am so glad I found this clinic. Everyone goes above and beyond. The NP Holly spent time to go over my entire medical history and discuss my current concerns. I never felt rushed. I felt heard and assured I was receiving the best care.

Receptionist are friendly and I trust the doctor here explicitly. Spacious waiting room with TV to watch while waiting.

Everyone in this clinic is always professional and courteous. I am particularly fond of seeing Holly...she's got her stuff together!!!

Dr Bates is soft spoken and a good dr! The staff of USMD have all been friendly & helpful.

Staff & doctors are always very welcoming. They all take time to hear your needs. Thank you to all.🙂🙂🙂🙂

Hollie (PA) is wonderful with my elderly mom always listening to my concerns nd mom loves her...just the waiting time in the room it's a bit long sometimes but mom's is willing to wait to see hollie😁

Made an appt 2wks ago they call on Friday state NP not available Monday for your appt. we can reschedule you another 2wks out. It is absurd that you have to await even longer. If I did not have an issue I would not be calling in the first place. Apparently thay can not accommodate my needs. If they start off like this I am not going to persue with them futuristically. Go to another facility where you matter as well as your time. Seek a more professional facility where you will be valued as a patient.

Note I made a needed correction I want to keep Dr Valvatory and Buchanan, my problem is with the clinic only and the practitioner. .My long time doctor retired ,Valvayori and Buchanan are new Doctors to me and I am impressed with these guy's both are quick study sharp as a tac all business , this is what I'm looking for in a Doctor to start a life long Doctor patient relationship with. Seen Holly not at my request she will not write a prescription for antibiotics even with a bacterial infection. These folks are strick with their mask ,you wear theirs regardless. I was a oil field fire fighter I worked the oil field fires in Kuwait with Safety Boss the Canadian firefighting team even when we couldn't get the proper filters for our respirators I am damaged goods I have bronchitis it's difficult to breath with the mask USMD Cleburne pushes these guys have lost all objectivity to mask Politics I showed up for my appointment 3/6/23 with my mask about my neck that I can breath with. I'm instantly treated like an animal by office staff and shoved in a room until Holly can see me I am made an obstacle for the other patience to see "this is what happens if you don't wear their mask", your embarrassed placed in time out the visit the previous month was just as wild. The folks at USMD Cleburne is lost no chance for fair and equitable treatment with sincere motives nothing resembling good faith just politics. I have endured worse in my life for less I walked away. I will not be treated like a animal or made to feel less than a human, update your mask policy ! , I walked away.

After a couple tries. This is one of the worst doctors ever visited . Calling a 1800 number to make appointment. Waiting over an hour to be seen by the doc for a few minutes. Then have to call the 1800 number back because my prescription was never sent over. Waited forever to be called by the nurse so I could get my prescription. The next time I visited the doctor call off for the day and no one notified me. So a wasted trip.
Fun edit: had confirmation email for my appointment at 1130 to try them out again, Walked in and the doc was off today. AGAIN!!
I'll never step foot inside this place again.
4 times I've been and got to see a PA once and sat waiting to get blood drawn for an hour. 👎

My dad was seeing Dr. Bsiso who was very good. He transferred to Dallas so we were moved to Dr. Vafadari. When we went for our next appt., we were told our appt hadn’t been transferred to Dr. Vafadari and we didn’t have an appt. We drove 40 minutes to the appt and were less than pleased. So we saw the PA and he was out of the room more than he was in it. We were unable to discuss all the items needed because of errors and him leaving the room so many times. We finally got 2 referrals and one prescription. 5 days later the referrals were still not sent nor was the prescription. I called numerous times and when I finally got a callback, the employee was quite snippy. This issue of the referrals and the prescription stills haven’t been completely resolved. We are changing doctors. The doctors may be good but the office doesn’t pay attention to details and their attitude is rude.

If you value your time and health, don't bother. It is an act of congress to get a prescription refilled, even one as important as blood pressure meds. They consistently are unresponsive to the pharmacy for refills. I'm a pretty patient guy, but I'm posting this because this has been a continuous problem. Un-exceptable, Sub-standard health care!

Was told the dr hasn't been in office for 3 days and no one can call in your refills but him. So you just have to suffer with your pain till the dr comes back.

Such a disgrace to the medical field!! Have soo much to say, just want to keep it civilized and clean here.
