Went into O”Reilly’s with a need for new head lights. The staff was awesome! Amanda helped me pick out the best head lights for my vehicle then went as far as to help me install them. I went back in and bought motor oil, windshield washing fluid and coolant from her. I will be going back there for my car needs.

The staff here is definitely friendly and kind. Whenever I come to this location, they always greet you with a smile. As a person who doesn't know a lot about cars, each employee has taken their time and explained things to me with the utmost patience. If they don't have the part for whatever reason, they can order it, and it gets there pretty quickly. I definitely would and have gone to this location many times.

Three times in a row I’ve had exceptional customer service. Everyone is knowledgeable and polite, and always happy to talk me through the various options for whatever I’m buying.

Good parts store. Have rear window wipper blade that no one else had in stock.

The employees are always helpful and knowledgable. They have helped us find what we need every time we shop here. They ate conveniently located, with plenty of parking. I appreciate the military discount. Nice store.

My favorite of all auto parts stores the West Bremerton one is the Warehouse one for Kitsap county where they store all the parts

Riley Auto parts has the greatest support team in all of the automotive repair and parts stores in Port orchard. I don't recommend anybody shop at AutoZone until three of the staff members are removed from their positions. The rudeness and inconsiderate behavior of the staff has forced me to contact corporate see if we can get these people removed from the front desk they can work behind the scenes but as far as talking to customers they need to be let go.

I came into the store desperately needing a new battery. I live about 1 hour away and I couldn't make it home, Needless to say, I was very upset. An employee Airin was very kind, he got me a new battery and installed it for me in the parking. I cannot thank him enough!! Great customer service!!

Walked in to buy some brake hardware and a store employee was able to order it for me and I picked it up 2 days later. Quick and efficient service, knowledgeable employees. My experience at O'Reilly has always been great.

Always helpful and go out of their way to make sure you get the right pa privaterts for your car and driving style. We had to get a new battery after 4 years and they installed it for free in 10 minutes. Great price, great battery and amazing service. When you need parts of any kind, stop by and they are ready to help you get what you need for a great price. They're even open late on Sunday 😬

Shoutout to DJ for noticing that the incorrect part for my car was ordered. We waited 4 hours just to show up to the wrong part 😅 but DJ saved the day!!! You had the correct part on the shelf!! You saved me $300. You all are freaking fabulous. I hope you enjoyed the pizza!! Thank you! .

And every time I'm in a rush and I need to get something quickly, I can always depend on the professional courteous and knowledgeable response on my needs. Blue headlight this evening and went in 15-20 minutes before you were closing and kept me from getting a ticket driving on the freeway home. Thank you very much for your service I really appreciate your store and I'll continue using you for as long as you guys stay open.

A lot better since my last review.. had a team member even go in the back and find Motocraft oil that wasn't on the shelf.. they were busy but still went to fetch me a quart of high mileage oil! above and beyond in my book good work and thank you.

They do a nice job here and are very helpful. I like that they have testers here for things like battery, alternators, and starters. They have never not had what I needed or had good information on what I am trying to do. Overall a very dependable place for all your car needs.

These guys are awesome!

I had a rock chip my 4 day old truck, so...safe to say I was having a bad day. They helped me out with locating the resin I needed, confirmed it was adequate for the size and location of the chip, and then once everything was paid for, gave me a parts book for free.

I usually don't go from p***ed to pretty happy, and I wasn't expecting to do so that day. But these guys are regular everyday people, with a touch of good sense and good service. If I'm in the area again, I'd give these guys the first shot at my patronage, for sure.

Came in with a friend who was having battery problems in her care. Her car had drained a few batteries down to the point where they were not recharging. Hector and another gentleman there were very helpful and warrantied the battery with no questions asked. Every time I’ve been to this store the people here actually know about cars and have been very easy to work with.

Always good parts at a decent price .

Competitive prices, helpful staff. Had to order parts. Parts came in on time. Installed with no problems. Had to return unopen parts. Zero problems with returns. Would recommend this location for sure. Keep up the good attitude & Nice job staff..

Quick and easy. Cashiers were very knowledgeable and helpful. Would recommend. Only downside is parking lot which is difficult to enter and exit.

I live in Poulsbo but prefer the Silverdale location, better service. Just went in for some wiper blades and the asst. manager Ray (Ryan? Rick?) took the extra time to help me find the right parts. Then I was having some trouble with the adapters in the parking lot and another employee stopped to help as he was walking by. Nice people. At the poulsbo location I feel like I'm inconveniencing the employees just by walking through the door. Different cultures I guess.
