You will not find a better, more thorough person with so much knowledge than right here. Chris is polite, professional, knowledgeable and will not stop until your engine is right. He communicates very well even though he is extremely busy. He’s so busy because he is damn good at what he does and he will not let you down. If you are looking for a reliable engine build, you don’t need to look any further. Save yourself time and stop researching… call Chris… you won’t be sorry!!!!

Chris is by far the most knowledgeable person I’ve ever met when it comes to jet skis. I brought him a 2008 Seadoo RXP X 255 with a blown head gasket, leaking intercooler, and misaligned engine. My oil was filled with water/coolant. He easily could’ve told me to just sell it for parts and get a new ski. A few other shops told me they were not willing to take on such a big job. Chris brought it up to working like new, machining and refinishing multiple parts in his shop himself. He tested basically every component of my ski and found a few other things I didn’t even know were wrong and fixed them easily. He communicated every step of the way and was extremely reasonable in his pricing and accommodating to my budget, even though his work is of the highest quality - I really am not sure I would have been able to find anyone else to fix it if he didn’t. He basically took a dead ski and gave me back a new one at less than 20% of the cost. He’s the man.

Chris rebuilt the motor on my 06 Seadoo GTi. He did an incredible job I probably put 20 to 25 hours on it that summer had zero issues and I think his pricing was more than reasonable. I'll start my ski up a few times in the dead of winter just to circulate the oil and it started in freezing temps everytime. I would definitely recommend Eastide to anyone who needs work done on their ski.

We used Eastside Powersports after a year of long, problematic people had worked on our jet ski engine. Chris not only looked at the engine diagnostically, but was very upfront and honest about the problems and what needed fixed. He worked very efficiently to alleviate these problems, which turned into a full engine build. We do not live in CT, but he was very responsive and professional whenever we communicated. His prices were extremely fair and reasonable. At the end of the build, he helped install the new motor, which was no small feat. He gave us clear, easy to understand instructions on break in of the motor. He would be the first we call in the future.

My engine dropped a valve and destroyed the piston. I reached out to Chris, he was very helpful and knowledgeable. He answered all of my questions and concerns. I shipped out my engine to him and Chris tore it down and gave a few options and recommendations. I decided I wanted to go all out on the build. Chris went above and beyond. I would definitely recommend him for your engine builds.

Chris is an expert in this arena. Don't seek anyone else or you'll end up with a subpar build that'll fail quickly (just Google). He's extremely helpful as well, I still ask engine and non-engine related questions from time to time and he gives overwhelming support and information. He's got my future business.

Called and got an Appointment for Winterization and Oil Change. Dropped off and an hour later it was ready. Great Service, cleaned the engine and sprayed a nice layer of film over it to prevent more corrison.

Chris was very helpful and sold me some parts for my ski so I could get it ready to ride. He was able to answer my questions over the phone and help me troubleshoot some minor issues I had.
