Super professional here unlike their neighbors 3 miles North on Rt 15. Thanks for the help!

Probably the best postal experience I have ever had. The two women behind the counter were incredibly friendly and made everything smooth and easy. I had 3 packages and about 100 save the dates to ship. Everything was handled quickly. They helped me pick the cutest stamps!

Shawnt’e was extremely polite and helpful today! She hands down gave my girlfriend the best customer experience to date with the post office. She provided excellent service and possessed the knowledge to make sure our package arrived at the time we needed it to. And at the best possible price. We were quoted as having to spend almost $200, to have the same delivery service done by FedEx. We spent nowhere near that, and our package is expected to be there exactly when we want it to. I would absolutely recommend this Post Office to anyone in the area. Thanks again to Shawnt’e!

The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and super easy to work with. Mail is always well taken care of and package sends and receives are easy.

12-20-19 @ 10:56am.....the two ladies working there right now should get immediate bonuses for superior customer service. Actually thanking people in line waiting....saying "thank you for waiting, we'll be right w you"! And then being super friendly. Are u kidding? Has ANYONE ever had that experience at a post office? No. These two ladies...tremendous.

The best, friendliest, and most efficient staff at a USPS I've ever seen. Always doing everything they can to help me and my family. The building itself is unfortunate- constantly has internet problems, electricity issues, and needs a better cooling system in the summer- but it is not the employees' fault at all. I wish the Postal Service would give these workers a better location and amenities, they are all incredible hardworking people and deserve much better. Thank you for all your hard work and serving our community.

I am not sure why this post-office has gotten such negative reviews. The people who work there are always friendly and helpful. It is a small office so occasionally, at certain times of the day, it can get busy. I like the fact that they remember you. Steve has a way about him that is maybe not everyone's cup of tea, but he is always efficient, correct and polite to me. He also was very kind to my son, who is on the autism spectrum and sometimes has trouble interacting with people. Whenever I ship from this office, it arrives at its destination quickly. I come here if possible rather than the Dover post-office because of the people. There is one male clerk in Dover who is a very unpleasant man. He berates his co-workers and talks down to them in the most rude way. The other clerks (two women and another man) are good but he is so unpleasant I avoid that post-office if I can.

Just want to let everyone know. Wharton post office is the best. All the new people there are so nice and helpful. Especially Millie always has a smile even early in the morning,very helpful.

Not sure why it’s rated so low, but I love this place. Steve always remembers my name, where I work, or any crazy story I’ve told him before. I like his sense of humor and it brings a certain joy to doing errands.

Staff here is so friendly and helpful! I can't say enough good things about them. I live in Rockaway but prefer the Wharton Post Office.
