Five stars aren't enough! Koko came through for my daughter in an emergency situation. Lights were off and shop was closed, but she still opened the door and asked what was going on. We had a dress that wouldn't zip and a performance in two days. Koko calmed my daughter down and said she'd take care of it. She replaced the zipper overnight and had the dress looking better than ever. I can't thank her enough, not just for the speedy turnaround, but the amazing customer service. High quality, affordable, and great customer experience. We will be back!

KoKo is the BEST! I brought tuxedo pants I needed hemmed on a short time frame. KoKo not only discussed with me the perfect style for my entire tuxedo, she did a fantastic job on my pants and had them ready for me in no time! She is so nice and talented. I needed 4.5 inches hemmed off a jumpsuit and they did an amazing job! especially with it being prom season, I only brought it a couple weeks before I needed it, and I wasn't able to measure it very well on my own to know how much to take off. She asked my height and got the hem PERFECT, comes right to my ankle. and when I called to check in about it she let me know a time slot to get it and was really flexible. I'll definitely be back whenever I need it!

Getting my dress hemmed at VIIXVII was a wonderful experience! Kanisha was so nice and great to work with. She had me try on the dress to pin it correctly and I tried it on again when I picked it up to make sure everything fit right. If you need anything altered, this is the place to go! I cannot recommend it enough. I brought in a jumper that I needed in less than 2 weeks (my bad) for a wedding. Koko was super friendly and accommodating. When I called, she had me come in that day and got my outfit back to me in under a week! The jumper is impeccable and the price was incredible. Had I tried to do this, I would have ruined my outfit. Koko is so kind and this shop is amazing. I'll be bringing all my alterations here.
