From start to finish - Schneiderman’s didn’t disappoint….the only hard part about using this company is spelling the name. lol

Faith listened to me regarding my purchase. She was very helpful and patient as we explored multiple options. I hope to show her a picture of the new chair when it is delivered. I have made multiple purchase from Schneiderman’s and will contact to shop their stores for my furniture needs, because of their service and selection.

Marisol was the Schneiderman salesperson that helped us as we searched for our perfect living room furniture. We found what we were looking for and she helped us special order the pieces. We ended up changing our minds on one of the pieces a couple of days later and she helped us through that as well. She was kind and honest about the situation.

We knew we wanted another accent item and finally went in this past weekend to see if we could find something. We browsed and she helped point is in the right direction. We had settled on something but wanted to see the other brand before finalizing. She helped lead us to the perfect item for us. You will be in good hands with Marisol.

I knew what I wanted and didn’t want when I walked in the door. I rattled it off to the sales rep (M) that met me at the door and within 2 to 3 sofa’s (5 min) I had one that met all my criteria. It was special order and expensive because of being special order, but oh so worth it! Simply gorgeous and most importantly comfortable. M listened well and helped us get a wonderful piece of furniture. Very happy with the service and product!

Andrew was the sales person we worked with and he did a great job. He made it easy and simple to pick out what we wanted, was friendly and not pushy. He was very knowledgeable and answered any questions we had.

Excellent customer service from Sami. She answered all my questions and then some. Very helpful and professional and funny. Great place to shop, great quality, great prices and very nice, not in your face, group who work there. Thanks for great service. Looking forward to picking up my purchase.

The showroom is huge and lovely and not too crowded. Faith helped us and stayed late past close on a Friday night to make sure we were happy with our decisions. She gave us lots of information and was not pushy. We loved working with her. The higher price point of the furniture is worth the large showroom, the variety of high quality items, and the customer service.

Sammi is absolutely amazing! She was so fun to work with, knowledgeable, and helpful. The store is immaculate with so much to see. There is something for every taste in style. We will be returning customers and will be recommending others to visit as well.

The shopping experience was great. Sami was helpful without being pushy. Delivery was excellent especially since they had to carry it through our yard through snow into the back yard since it wouldn’t fit through door ways.

We shopped around to over 6 different large stores and came back to Schneiderman's because of the selection and service. Their couch selection is incredible. A wide array of price points, and different styles and firmness levels in each one. If you’re not finding anything in the main area, they have clearance in the back. Their staff is efficient, knowledgeable, and friendly, but not so friendly that they won’t leave you alone. We took our time to make sure my husband and I agreed on a couch we BOTH love, and never once did I hear the word compromise from our Schneiderman’s employee. She wanted to make sure we found something we both loved, she didn’t just want to make a quick sale. Five stars from me—I’ll be back if I need more furniture.

Chandra literally spent hours with me between my two visits to Schneiderman's, helping me to find just the right dining table and chairs for my space. She was so patient and helpful, but she also gave me the space I needed to look around on my own. All in all, Chandra helped make furniture shopping, which can be a stressful process, easier and more enjoyable!
